very disappointing I just ordered on the drive-through a Venti Americano with extra heavy cream and three pumps of vanilla sweetener It occurred @ 6:50pm 7/20/24 but ones again they gave me a GRANDE instead of a Venti size

I went back and we noticed they close very early. It only took me 10 minutes to return back @ starbucks
so I knocked at the door and this young lady gave me the worst service ever the way she responded to me she told me what did I want? What’s the problem with this evil look in her EYES…
all I ask, was for them to make me a new Americano drink because I wasn’t satisfied. Then she told me that they shut down the barista espresso machines after I was there 10 minutes before.
I just walked away peacefully because I didn’t feel comfortable the way she received me at the entrance. I live down the street and all I can say that it was the worst service with SO MUCH disrespectful CUSTOMER SERVICE
I tried to hand over my drink to her but I just decided just to throw it away at the trashcan outside
I hope this will help you guys change your attitude with your customers if you don’t like working at Starbucks with a satisfying respectful matter then you should go find another job somewhere else.

I ordered a Quad drink described to them how it should be because earlier one of there workers told me to order it that way, well they got the order wrong three times and the manager wanted me to pay extra for everything asked for long shots over and over still trying to make it where I didn’t know what I was talking about! Sometimes people just need to listen! The customer is always right! I even had the order sticker from the other drink that was referred to me by another worker, still the manager and worker at the window didn’t get it right! Will not be returning! After all that still didn’t get the drink I wanted, epic fail! If I could give them 0 stars I would!
Scam alert was at the Starbucks on Moreno Beach the cashier charged me twice 13.55 an 17.60, showed on my phone and she claim she did not, spoke to manager with the blue and green hair and said she could not do anything, it says it was done there. Called corporate and the woman said yes it was her and yes she did charge me twice, will never go there again. Corporate refunded my money. Sad how people don’t own up to there...
Read moreI’ve been ordering drinks from here and usually don’t have any problems, but for some reason, the matcha latte is always terrible. Half or more than half of my drink is literally foam. What is up with that? I thought maybe it was just one time, but no. It’s happened more than once at this location and they look the same at other locations as well.
I noticed they’ve been leaving cute little messages but I would appreciate getting a good drink instead.
It’s literally only the matchas that I have a problem with.
Update: 4/4/2025 I placed my order through the kiosk and I asked for a grande matcha latte with 6 scoops of matcha and almond milk since they didn’t have soy and no ice.
They gave me a grande ice matcha latte with 6 pumps of syrup and no water.
I was also picking up a mobile order for my brother who was in the car and they gave me the wrong order and tried to take it back. This is unsanitary and unacceptable.
