I will no longer be going to this location. Their items are soiled with random liquids & have bleach marks on the clothes, or the clothes are ripped or stained & so are most of the shoes. This has been happening on numerous occasions. I've asked management several times for a slight discount due to the damaged items, clothes, & shoes (that I didn't cause) & they refused. Even tho the items are supposed to be new, they're soiled, dirty, ripped, or with bleach marks on them. TJ Maxx should discount items that have been damaged or extremely dirty! That's how you keep customer coming back. I recommend spending your money elsewhere! The mangers are rude towards you because you asked them a legamite question & they act as if you're bothering them. No company should be allowed to sell people items or clothes with bacteria, germs, viruses, liquids, bleach marks, & ripped clothes/items. Do better TJ Maxx! Plus your store is a disaster. Shop elsewhere, where your money is appreciated & management & cashier's treats customers...
Read moreThey ALWAYS harass me to get a credit card, and I mean HARASS, not just ask once. I wouldn't be bothered by them asking once, I say no thank you, and we move on. I'm sure they're required by the company to ask atleast once. But after I say no thank you, I mean no thank you. I absolutely hate having to say no thank you 3-4 times. I've even had to tell multiple cashiers at once before! The cashier next to us seriously started harassing me as well after I said no thank you, saying come on you know you want one. I do not like credit cards. I do not have credit cards other than lowes for appliance emergencies. Today she was so preoccupied with harassing me multiple times if I want a credit card that she didn't even remove the security tag from the blanket I bought. Thanks alot for that, that was super fun to get off without damaging my blanket. Maybe pay attention to your job instead of asking me multiple times if I want a...
Read moreI leave a 1 star based mainly on principle. I know standards and integrity are fleeting in our time but nowhere faster have I seen the abdication of such principles than large corps and institutions. TJ Maxx has adopted this approach through allowing individuals to steal or defraud them through fake currency. They actually won't go after you even if it's obvious. I know it seems like 'who cares' but the more I think about it the more obvious it is that it is we, people with integrity, that pay the costs of that, right? So we are enabling fraud to persist by abiding by such standards, correct? I can only hope they correct such idiotic practices or go out...
