Just wanna share my experience with O’Reilly I came to this place three days ago to order a AC compressor for my ram 1500 They said they didn’t have the compressor at the store and that they would have to order and it would arrive on the next day so I came the next morning picked it up brought to the shop install it and turned out that wasn’t the right part so I have to come back to the store And order the right one with the guy name Dani the first part I order with the old lady I forgot her name. She never told that I would need to buy the entire kit and she was lying the whole time to Dani that she told me . That I needed to buy the kid I found out from a guy that works at Valvoline. He used to work here that they don’t tell you about the kid because they want you to lose the Warranty , so from there, they told me to come back to O’Reilly and ask them about the kit And oil type and refrigerant for the right compressor they gave me a bad attitude lying all the time It’s like they don’t know what they are doing I told Dani to tell me what I would need to buy to get this done and he told me to come back on Monday to speak with the Manager so far I’m wasting time and money with this place. I have a 18 months old baby and now my AC won’t work. Because O’Reilly doesn’t have the right people to work and they don’t know how to treat customers this is bad really bad I would love to sue these people for doing this. I also told Dani to look up the cameras to see who is lying because the old lady said to Dani She told me to buy the kit And I told him many times she never told me that even Dani didn’t know what type of kit I need. I told him tell me what I need and I’ll buy it. All he said was come back on Monday and speak with The manager I do not recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time. Outstanding experience! At almost 9pm on Nov 23, 2018, a rainy night, our windshield wipers were not doing their job, making it extremely hard to see the road. I stopped at a gas station who suggested this O'Reilly to see if they had wipers for my 2016 Kia Sorento. I called because Google stated they were going to close at 9pm. They promised to stay open as we were only 5 minutes away and not only helped us to keep traveling that evening by providing the right windshield wipers for my vehicle, they even put them on for us, IN THE RAIN! I would have never thought in a million years an auto parts store believed in customer service. This location of O'Reilly's on 114 E FLEMING DR MORGANTON NC really impressed me. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name that helped us to give him credit where it is due. Great...

We were unsure if our battery was going to die after our radio and clock stopped working. We were concerned as we are far from home. Clint was a great help making sure we had a fully charged battery and went the extra mile by looking for and checking our fuses. As it turns out, we had a blown fuse and Clint changed it out for us. By no means was this an extremely hard task, but he did not have to do it. He went out of his way, stating he just wanted to help, and he was happiest helping others.
