While it is true that this gift shop offers some nice items I would recommend to NEVER go there for permanent jewelry. My thoughtful daughters had the wonderful idea of getting matching permanent bracelets with me. The store offers real gold and filled gold- we decided on the real gold as we felt these would be " permanent" Within a short time all of our bracelets fell off- none of us realized when they fell off because they are so thin. Our bracelets fell off because they were not soldered on correctly. I returned to the store and asked what could be done to remedy this - I was told she would do nothing. We paid a lot of money for a product we no longer have due to the negligence of a young employee not being skilled at soldering. This is NOT the place to go for permanent jewelry- find the shops that specialize in this and know what they are doing when interested in...

Unbelievable. What kind of place doesn’t honor a gift receipt? We received a Christmas gift that we wanted to return and use the credit to buy something else instead. When we went to the store today to do this, we were told by the salesperson that she had had to call the owner to see if she could accept the return. We were like, what do you mean? We showed her that it clearly stated on the gift receipt that we have until Jan 31st to return the item. Nope. The owner tells the salesperson not to accept the return and that’s it. We’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this store in the past. Never stepping foot inside this store again and we’ll be telling our friends not to either. Can’t believe that in this day and age a business is willing to lose customers because they refuse to honor their own gift...

Amazing helpful service. I had a heck of a week and then realized at 6:30pm tonight that I needed a housewarming gift for early tomorrow morning. My husband was quickly on the case and ran over to 23 South before they closed at 7pm. It was a rainy Friday night and of course had trouble finding parking. I made a quick call to the store on his behalf explaining what we were looking for….
