GameStop — Local services in Morrow

Just Called the store to cancel a pick up reserved order and the lady answering the phone has a huge attitude. She sounded aggravated as heII. I went in about 3 or 4 days ago to pick up a PSVR headset, but none were available so the nice guy I talked to in person told me I could just reserve for later pick up for 5 bucks, but was told if I change my mind I can just call to cancel. I ended up finding a closer best buy where I could pick up a whole PSVR Bundle, so I just now called to cancel the pickup with this gamestop and the first time I called, The lady rushed me off the phone and told me I have to show up to get a refund. I have no problem with that, the problem is the nasty attitude. Second time I wanted to be sure, so called back to make sure she didn't think I said I wanted to schedule a pick up or somethin since i was rushed off the phone. This particular gamestop is much further away from my home and it cost me money to get there so I'm not going to go all the way there to only get 5 bucks back, its fine. Truly I'm writing this review and giving a 1 star because whoever that one lady is answering the phone, she's rushing people off the phone and sounds quite obviously irritated. I understand life gets rough, but no reasons to give the customer attitude just because you're in a bad mood. The employee I spoke to in person was cool, don't remember his name, but he's the one that referenced me to reserve the vr ps4 headset (the item i had for pickup). This lady is gonna give your store bad ratings, gamestop. I think the manager should talk to her about her nasty attitude and tone towards customers. I called to cancel the pick up in order to help the store, so you guys know that that item can now be sold elsewhere. Not sure how it works, just wanted to make a good gesture and at least inform you guys, but that lady wasn't too appreciative of this at all. II was just being considerate for the store so y'all can make sales, but this lady obviously doesn't like being there or something and didn't seem appreciative at all. I don't care about the 5 bucks I put down I just wanted to be sure I wouldn't be charged extra and that this item, which could be sold and thus make your store more money, wouldn't be sitting in limbo when maybe some other lucky customer may want to pick it up. So yeah, 1 star for that interaction alone, but the store itself is ok, maybe need a better employee than her. Sorry lady, but that was bad customer service. People hear ur tone of voice even of you didn't actually say anything mean. 1 star for her alone, Morrow Gamestop. Not cool. 5 stars for that one employee I talked to in person...

April nice I went to this game stop and the only person was in the store employee number 622587 Charles was there and he was very rude and impolite. He did not want to service me and get me the game I was asking for. He kept giving me excuses of why can't get me the game. I let him know that I had the print out from another store in dalian city that said he had the game. He then told me I had to buy an online in order to get it I told him online purchases for The game wasn't available. He Became more agitated. I told him I would give him my card to complete my purchase and he said no that I would have to going get a gamestop card. I bought the card on Samsung pay. I told him I had to give card number and he was still trying to haggle me. The young man did not even add my game stop membership after I gave him my number to add it. I did not cuss at him nor say any being rude. This was a give that I came to get specifically. After 45 minutes of dealing with the back customer service he brought me the game. But this service was so bad that I will consider not going back to this store and possibly any gamestops from...

This is One of the worst gamestops i ever visited, first the staff are not helpful, don't care whether you buy anything and if you ask an opinion on a game or accessory, they respond with one or two words. Yesterday I wanted to trade out my old PS4 and get the new one that was on sale and the lady first didn't know how to work a PS4 ( WHICH WHY ARE YOU EVEN WORKING THERE IF YOU CANT DO THAT) Then made some bogus excuse on why she couldn't take my PS4. I prefer to go the one in riverdale or lovejoy anyway but this is one is around the corner from my house so it was convenient, but i will never attend there again because they always got something going on. When you try to trade things for cash they always saying they don't have money to give and its quite annoying, like i spend gas to drive here , you guys are establishment and you should have cash to give out. So due to all these circumstance i will be attending the other gamestops. Love the company hate that...
