I ordered 4 soft supreme tacos with extra meat and cheese. I get back to work there was no letuce, tomatoes, or extra meat and cheese. So I had to go back to get it redone. I pulled to the last window. The manager rudely said that I should of stopped at the speaker. I told her I didn't know since the dinner room was not opened. She walked off upset and then came back with a bag. As I was pulling off I noticed there was 1 bowl with cheese, 1 bowl with meat, and 1 bowl with tomatoes. I reversed back and asked the manager can she please make over what I ordered. She huff and puffed and rudely said again, you should of stopped at the Speaker. This was my second time trying to get them to make my food over ( easy fixed), didn't want nothing more just what I ordered that wS $20. She walked off again upset. So I askedthe cashier for the coperate number. I heard the manager tell her don't give it to her I will take care of it. She spewed out some numbers( I knew wasn't right) so I asked her for my receipt back (the number is on there) she said I don't have it.So I asked her to reprint it. She says I'm not going through all of those orders to print a receipt. So I asked her, her name she spewed out "BELINDA". Out of my 47 years I have never ever received this type of treatment ever in my life from an establishment. This was the worst experience. I called the number she gave me to make sure and it was the wrong number so I had to google the coperate number to make a complaint. Also she wouldn't give me my receipt back so I had to google the address. It was at Taco Bell 1877 Mt Zion Rd....

I walked in to pick up an order that I had made via the app. There was a female Hispanic looking employee sitting in the dining area using her phone who asked me if I had a pick up order, I replied yes, and she asked me for my name.
As I said my name, a secondary employee who was standing by my order on the line asked for the name and I stated my name again. The employee sitting in the dining area entered the kitchen (did not wash her hands) and proceeded to finish packing my order. As she was doing so, she mocked how I said my name to the secondary employee in a way that made me sound like I had an intellectual disability as I stood there at the counter a couple feet away from her.
When she turned around and saw my face, her demeanor changed as she realized I had heard what she said.
She reeks of unprofessionalism — quite fitting of a location riddled with service deficiencies: orders not being made on time, orders not being made at all and only started after I arrive and provide my name, orders missing items, or orders being made incorrectly.
If I was the franchise owner, I’d be ashamed to have someone who thinks that kind of behavior is acceptable in...
Read moreExtremely disappointed! We did an online order on July 11 at roughly 3:30 under the name Amber. Picked up our sealed order and asked about the sauce. We were told by a second woman who appeared to be in charge that the sauce packets were in our bag. We got home and there were NO sauce packets. We ordered guacamole and no order received guacamole. We ordered a meal with chicken and it had beef. We had three drinks that were divided into 6 smaller cups because they said they had run out of large cups. We called the restaurant once we had gotten home and they apologized and said they had run out of guacamole. They also said they thought they had put sauce in our bag and apologized for the screw up on our order. We were told to bring our order back to the restaurant for correction but it just wasn’t worth using $5 worth of gas to get service from a place with such poor management and lack of planning. Maybe a free taco or two would have made the return trip worthwhile. You’ve got to do better, people. I’m giving this post 2 stars because the young lady at the window was courteous. The restaurant was not busy. Only the drive...
