My girlfriends and I have been coming to Savoy for 5 years when they was at the other location of Mount Zion Road. We have celebrated several birthdays together there and we always have an excellent time this new location is a little different we had a male waiter tonight we were there celebrating my girlfriend's birthday and he was Dairy Cole no personality he didn't smile I don't remember his name but he was the only male waiter there on March 25th. We have been coming to this establishment for many years and I didn't appreciate his nonchalant cold not very personal. I got the shrimp and grits and it was too spicy and I told him so and he says well I can't do nothing about it I'm sorry about that instead of offering me another dish it was costly to and we had several rounds of drinks so we left a big tip and we paid a big deal so if anybody from Savoy Bistro say this please contact me through this message I was very unsatisfied and I never gave a better report to this place but he needs more customer service training other than that the night was nice the band what's a good DJ w r i g h t was awesome I miss the DJ Popo some other DJ was there but I don't think he...

Theatre is declining. They dont have money to fix things. None of the digital display signs , wall mounted tvs, are operational. So people are always walking into the incorrect theater. Disturbing movies. Or worse they go before a movie starts, sit through the trailers, and not until the movie starts realize you are in the wrong theater and go out, disturbing others, and missing the beginning of their intended movie. The red carpet in the hallway by the bar is dark brown lol. Sewage maybe? Anyway, not run down, yet. But definitely not worth $24 IMAX prices or 18 dollar regular ticket

And don't give me static about the movie theaters having a little red signed by the door saying the number of the theater, because there is usually and that is where a lot of confusion happens. I had a very unpleasant experience at the Xfinity Store at this locale. I mistakenly returned an item (touchscreen) along with modems, boxes, remotes. However, after returning home, I discovered that the touch screen was an item that was paid for and owned by me, along with the installed security cameras. I gave Xfinity Customer Service a call about the matter and was told no problem just return to that same store with your RECEIPT and they will give it back. I did as suggested; went back to Morrow Store and store manager told me they could not, (and would not), give me back my touchscreen because I had closed my account! Well, the purpose in returning Xfinity equipment was because I had switched to AT&T.
