If you go to the gun counter and Eric is working. Just don't even bother. Went in looking for a gun. Wanted a safety on i, something on the smaller size to carry. Simple enough. So I thought.... Eric, the only one at the counter, so we had no choice but for him to help us. He kept handing me guns WITHOUT safety. We really loved the Kimber, he kept taking it from us. Wouldn't let us look at long, and kept handing me other guns, that were not easy to conceal, and DIDNT have a safety. Or the same one we already own. (I wish I was joking.) He then proceeds to tell us to go to Tri State, and another gun shop and go look for a Sig Sauer. We didnt want that. We wanted to look at the Kimber. But he shooed us off. Long story short, we walked up to the counter 2 more times after that, just trying to look at the Kimber. He was just so pushy for us to leave so he can do nothing till the end of his shift, which was coming up and so he DIDNT have to make a sale. After finally getting to look at the Kimber longer than 30 seconds. He then starts to push CHEAPER guns on us. Again no safety, and were not easy to conceal.Do we know how to make sale? Ryan ended up helping us with paperwork as it was Eric's time to go home, (yay!!) after he made is leave and come back with extra proof of ID, that turns out wasnt needed..... did I mention he really didnt want to make a sale? Ryan was AWESOME. He was nice and helpful. The only nice and helpful guy who actually stays on the sales for guns. As someone who's worked in sales and customer service, Eric's behavior was just not acceptable. I'm sure the manager would love to know how hes trying to "sell". We tried to inform the guy when we picked up, to tell management or pass it on to someone. But I know it's not going to get to them.
If someone walks in and says they want a Cadillac, don't try to sell them a Hyundai....... I would love to say I'll be back. But no promises. Which is sad. I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! I had an amazing experience tonight in Moses Lake while picking up some chairs for an upcoming baseball game. The chairs were marked at a sale price, but when I got to the register, they rang up higher than expected.
Without hesitation, the team called over a manager, and thatās when Jo stepped in. She didnāt question it, didnāt argue, and didnāt try to prove me wrongāshe simply honored the sale price on both chairs. On top of that, she even got me a cart to make things easier.
Iāve honestly never had customer service like this in Moses Lake before, and I truly applaud Jo for going above and beyond. If this is the standard of service at this store, Iāll definitely be back. Huge shoutout to Jo for making my shopping experience stress-free...

We were having trouble finding a Leatherman Skeletool in our local stores so we called around before crossing town. My girlfriend called Big 5 and while she was on the phone I decided to check Sportsman. Big 5 was very helpful, I'm not trashing on them at all, but Sportsman had an associate in the right department faster, they had the product we hoped (Big 5 only had a single unit of a similar but different item) for AND the tool at Sportsman was on sale! We booked it across town and your staff was super helpful. I wish I'd caught a name, but extra kudos to the dude in firearms / knives with the shoulder length black hair. Thanks for helping us get set up and on the road fast!...
