At approximately 6:40 AM, I arrived at the drive-through to verify my online order and noticed an unusually long wait without any communication, despite being the only car in line. After some time, I heard the barista but received no response when I replied. Due to the evident communication issues, I decided to proceed to the window.
Upon arrival, I was met with an unwelcoming demeanor from the barista, who failed to greet me or engage in any small talk—an unexpected departure from the typically friendly and professional service I have come to expect weekly.
The first comment from the barista was, "Next time, I will need you to stop!" delivered in a firm tone with a serious expression. I explained that I had waited and had not heard anything. She replied, "You will have to wait…!" before abruptly turning away to attend to another task. I responded with a simple, "Thank you; I will do that next time."
As a loyal customer for several years, I have never encountered such unwelcoming behavior. The barista appeared to assume I had bypassed the drive-thru, which resulted in an unwarranted attitude. A little more understanding and grace in these interactions would be greatly...
Read moreWorst customer experience I've received at a Starbucks-and I'm a lifer. Granted it was Black Friday, but from the moment we walked in, the cashier was unwelcoming. I used reusable cups and was overcharged for the size of cup. I asked the cashier about this and she seemed extremely annoyed with me told her barista to remake it as a tall, and she refunded me. When we got the supposedly hot lattes mine was ice cold and my friends was Luke warm. When I asked about them being cold, the barista grabbed our drinks, dumped them and remade them without apologies-and she also seemed ultra annoyed with us. We left Starbucks and it was a horrible experience-so I went in to ask for a manager, and low and behold it was the original cashier who seemed annoyed with us from the get go. She did apologize and tried to smooth things over, but it was literally the worst customer service experience I've had in a very long time...Starbucks, I am falling out of love with you after 25 years of being a fan. You're losing your charm and appreciation for...
Read moreOver the past 10 years I’ve tried this location here and there & each time I’m hoping it’s a better experience but no luck. This morning was the last time for me. I got my coffee, it was missing the white chocolate flavor so I took it back in and the man at the counter made me feel like I was in the wrong for coming to ask for my drink to be remade. He asked me if I wanted “some flavor to pour in it” and I asked him if it would still taste the same just being poured in on top on the whip cream and he acted like I was ridiculous and said “I’ll just take your sticker off and remake it”... not sure what the sticker had to do with anything, but when I got my remade (ICED) coffee it was still hot on the bottom half. Wasn’t even worth mentioning that point. Ice was all melted before I got home 5 minutes away. Definitely won’t be spending anymore money here. And PSA there is an amazing coffee shop just right up the street located in the casino parking lot called “Cafe de Espresso” with amazing coffee....
