Unlimited power train warranty with car purchase! I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at The Bear Lot in Mounds View. It all started when Dave Olson contacted me in October 2023 after he saw I was selling my Chevy Cruze. Dave said I should come in and just see if they can beat the current offer I had for the car and they did just that! While Dave was checking out the car I had the opportunity to speak with Jason Church which led to just walking the lot while I was waiting. Ended up sitting in a Nissan Rogue which I wasn’t interested in due to the CVT transmission at the time but found out that it was covered inter the power train warranty that comes with the purchase of a car there. I wanted a car that was reliable and the car has been driving amazing and has more bells and whistles than I could ever have wished for. I added a warranty for all the technology as well so I can have confidence that even if the car has issues down the road then it is not going to break the bank since it’s all covered. There were endless things that led me to have no stress about choosing to go with The Bear Lot. They stayed after hours just to help me walk out of there with the car on a Saturday night. The manager Jim Frank was incredible as well and was involved throughout the process. Needless to say this place provided support the whole way and was very honest and integrity driven. There are a ton more details I could share that made my experience incredible. The process was a week or so and I had gone to other dealers looking at the same car but nothing matched the service and authenticity that these people at the Bear Lot have. It feels like a family and I have gone back a couple times since then, each time they have all been there working hard and remember me personally. They are truly there to help you get into the best car you can with the least amount of stress. 5 stars all around! I consider myself a very loyal customer, regardless of the type of service, if I feel they're honest, up front, and don't jerk me around either financially or with BS, then i'll stick with them. That's the case with Rydell Auto Outlet. I've personally purchased 3 motorcycles and 1 car. 2 of the bikes were Suzukis and they found me a Honda Valkyrie, and the auto was an Audi A3. All bikes and the car were purchased within a year or so and I don't go anywhere else. Sure I do my research, but time and again, their prices are unbeatable as is their customer service and honesty. My wife was so impressed that I'd go to the same dealership time and again that she purchased a 2017 Dodge RAM. The dealership's ability to either get or have what the customer needs is remarkable. I've dealt with everyone from the General Manager to finance to the buyer. I've been treated respectfully and I never felt there was any BS going on. I spent 20 years in the military and worked for the NSA and I feel I have a keen sense of detecting a line of you know what, and that's not what Rydell is about. The prices they offer provide very low margins for profit and that's a testament to their research, buying power, and sense of good and bad.

I want to say that after 4 years, 2 more bikes, an Indian and a Suzuki Burgman, and three more vehicles a Chevy Silverado, Ford Escape, a Dodge Ram that was traded then on the Silverado and one that I’m working right now. Their honesty, respect and integrity are truly above reproach. I’m 63 yeas old and have never really felt so loyal to a business, restaurant, etc, than I have with “The Bear Lot”. Randy is a consummate professional and always provides the most courteous and respectful customer experience. I brought my vehicle to Turbo Tim’s in Moundsview for a tricky head gasket repair, and the experience was excellent. The communication was top-notch, with detailed notes, pictures, and videos during the diagnosis that made everything clear. The workmanship on the repair itself was also top-notch, flawless results, and they even went above and beyond by wiping down all the engine components they had taken apart and reassembled, which really shows how proud they are of their work. While a few unexpected hiccups popped up (as can happen during complex repairs), the way Darius and Sean skillfully navigated them and kept me informed every step of the way impressed me and earned my trust.

Head gasket repairs are some of the most technically demanding car repairs you can get, often requiring 20+ hours of labor and many parts. I left Turbo Tim’s having spent thousands of dollars on an advanced repair, and yet I walked out with a huge smile on my face. It was entirely my interactions with Darius, Sean, and Jack that transformed the experience. The staff are clearly passionate about what they do, and it shows in every interaction with customers.

Lastly, and I do not say this lightly, Darius is the most skilled, empathetic, and passionate store manager of ANY store I’ve ever encountered, whether it’s a mechanic shop or any other type of business. He clearly takes full responsibility for everything happening in the store, and forget going an extra mile in customer service, he goes an extra twenty to ensure your questions and concerns are addressed.
