Love the products they carry but the customer service is awful. They are never kind or helpful, actually they're a bit judgy and rude. Every time I leave their store I feel upset. The women (all the women) who work the counter just glare at you, even as you check out. Great place to shop, friendly staff always willing to help in any way. My husband needed a certain size shirt and they even went to the back and searched for his size, bringing other shirts out that ran along that same line that we were interested in. I absolutely have to go in this store every time I visit Mt. Airy! Unique clothes that have a Bohemian flare and you can tell the quality of these clothes is upper end. I have never had a bad experience with the staff and they’re always helpful and friendly. The owner/purchaser has excellent taste in clothing selections! Please stay in business...
