Front desk employees do not take the precautions of wearing masks. Sign on front door is posted to PLEASE wear mask. If not they will provide one. It also states it under the Governors order. The store also does not follow the rules of social distance, nor capacity limits. How is this safe for the customers that are high risk for COVID-19? A Large party (12-15) people were fitted and measured with no mask... even the employee was not wearing his mask. The Older man just wears his on his chin. What good does this even do? These people and the customers they allow to not follow the rule are the examples why people keep getting sick. They DO NOT CARE! Also they said my tux was only going to be $120.00 dollars. I had pay $50.00 extra. On top of the over charge, the tux was not in on time, putting me into a time crunch. No I'm sorry or fixing the cost to the original price. NEVER GOING...

We were visiting from north Ga and as soon as we walked in we felt welcome. I had seen a pair of jeans in the display window that I loved and within 15 minutes I had tried them on, she pinned them to be altered (I’m short), she got my shipping information, we paid for the jeans (which by the way were much better priced than my hometown) and we were on our way for some ice cream. She told me she’d ship them Friday as requested that way they wouldn’t arrive before we got back home, they arrived Monday!! I’m super impressed with this place and the amazing customer service not to mention really cute clothes!! I’ll be driving the 6+ hours to shop here...

Wow, I was amazed at the negative reviews posted about this store. This store is one of the last true icons of clothing. The last bastion of another time where they actually cared about their customers, custom fit all of their products for free, and actually took the time to get to know and memorize your individual tastes. Tommy is undeniably the best employee any clothier could ask for. I have no personal connection to this business or anyone in it, but if for some reason anyone feels they've been snubbed, I recommend giving them a second chance. They truly are amazing there.
