Read moreThe adult classes and kids activities are great, and we love Friday family night swim time! The pool is always very clean and the lifeguards keep everyone safe. The downstairs womens' locker room is newly renovated and nice. The issue I have is that girls over 5 are not allowed in the women's room, so I often have to be in the girls' locker room with my girls and have seen it’s bad condition. Typically, only one out of three showers is in fair, working condition. The lockers are rusty and need replacing. Worst of all, the “changing area” does not have any curtains around it, so whenever someone enters or exits, it is not private - this is horrible and needs to be addressed.    Read moreTook my child for about 3 different classes in the past year and a half, and they still can't swim. Only 3 or 4 in the classes you would think they would be able to teach them how. Their last class was with a young boy who could do nothing but pop his zits in the water which is totally gross had faith the chlorine would kill his germs because he popped and mashed them the entire class during ever single class. Then, at the end of the class, he said my child was ready to go to the next class up. So I sign them up, and at the first class, the girl teaching says he should have not moved up. Talked to Austin about my refund and was still charged for the first class they had where my child pretty much stood in the water the whole time don't think that was fair he didn't even get to learn anything and still can't swim this place is a rip off also there was a lady always there teaching water aerobics and she would bring a radio and play it so loud you could not talk to anyone because you couldn't hear them for this very rude very...
