Avoid this place! I tried this place because I now work near by and it would be convenient. From the time I made the phone call to see if they did the service I wanted and if they take appointments it was terrible. The lady who answered the phone was unbelievably rude. I asked a simple question if they took appointments. She said yes. I ask her if she had a particular time. She answered with one word “earlier”. I said no do you have a 2 o’clock? Again a one-word answer, earlier. This was a simple question on my behalf if they had this time open? After four times asking thinking she didn’t understand, she says yes. OK somewhat confused I hung up the phone. I arrived five minutes prior to my appointment and without even eye contact being made, I was told to sit. So I sat for 40 minutes. I was on a tight schedule which is why I wanted an appointment in the first place. I was getting ready to leave and I was told to come sit again. I ask how long the service would take because I needed to be out at a certain time. She then speaks up rudely from the chair beside me and says I told you earlier. Then aggravated I said yes and I ask you if you had an appointment available at this time. If you didn’t have an appointment available at this time you should’ve said no. So then it even gets more interesting. I wanted S&S which I have now had for four years at probably 10 different salons. On their board it says $40. If you receive the service you know that it is required to take off the nails every time before you get them done again. They then proceeded to ask me if I want to take them off? I say yes how else would I get SNS? After a confusing conversation they soak and file The previous nails off. Not one word is ever said but the man did put on SNS. I noticed that he did two coats less than anywhere else I’ve ever got but I was at this point stuck and didn’t want any more conversation. When I was finished I said, I owe you $40? He said no 50. I said your sign says 40. The woman speaks up and says , Well we had to takeoff your nails. I then ask how else would they do the service? They pretend like they can’t understand you or what you were saying. She proceeds to tell me that I could go to Kroger and get a solution to takeoff my nails before coming to get sns. I am just shocked at this point. Is an extra when you come in and get nail service but then they polish them? No. This is part of the service. The procedure with S&S is to take off the nails and put on new ones in layers in a dip. In the many salons I have been to over the last four years never have I heard anything so ridiculous. Finally after arguing with the woman for a few minutes and being late for my appointment I say fine here’s the $50, now you’ll get no tip when they were going to get a tip and I will never be back again. You can guess what happens next, all of the nails in a five day period are off. Again in all the years I’ve had SNS, never have a broke one or lost one in three weeks before I go back. I lost every nail now in five days. This place should not be in business. Not only are they rude, the product is horrible but they are scammers with the prices that are posted. I never write reviews but this one was worth the time. Don’t waste your money...

Won't go back. Been there 2x and both times the same lady told my daughter... "next time you get squar nails it faster"... if she wants almond then I will pay for almond, if she wants round, I pay for round. We as customers pay for a service that WE want not whats faster for the worker. She tried to tell me to get pink nails and I tried to explain what I wanted was for my dad's burial and u wasn't changing my mind. She then tried to get me to get gold, waste of time. I had to clean the polish and dip from around my cuticles when I got home. I never asked for dips but she messed up one of my thumb nails 2x and said dips were faster so at this time I'm like whatever I want to get the heck out of here. She kept asking me how long ago it was since i got a pedicure like i was lying when i said about 2 weeks ago. I had a perfesional one done few weeks prior and i gave myself a pedicure a week before this said disaster. I painted my toes with gelish polish and that stuff last forever. She had me to put my toes in this tiny little glass jar and it wasnt comfortable at all. Then she tells me it's 268 for mine and my daughters plus pedicures. I almost choked becaused I wasn't pleased and they were rude. I will go without before going back to this place. Everyone...

I've been there twice and I've shown up at opening time both times. And both times I had to call because no one was there. On the phone she said they were running late and would be there in five minutes. I waited 30 minutes past opening time both times before she even got there. They are rough on manicures. I've left with at least one finger bleeding both times. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and both times I've left with totally different nails than what I asked for. On my second trip I tried SNS and I had two nails chipped by that evening. The prices on the sign do not match what they charge. Expect to pay $10-$20 more. Also! I had to sit and listen to her political beliefs for roughly 30 minutes. And that basically turned into her telling me what I need to do regarding COVID-19. (I never once stated whether I agreed or not or even what my beliefs were. She just went on a rant.) Bottom line: very unprofessional, can do an okay job on nails, prices are more expensive than other nail salons around. I will...
