HC Luxury Outdoor Furniture — Local services in Mount Pleasant

Can't say enough about the HC brand and its high quality materials. We live in Charleston and stopped into nearly every outdoor furniture store in town before landing on HC. They were knowledgeable, responsive, delivered the next day, and had phenomenal customer service.

We also had our couch delivered in late March (about one week before pollen covers everything) and the materials were incredibly easy to clean/dust without taking any covers off or washing. We use it every day and it's our favorite part of the house. I've since ordered two more pieces from HC and love them as well.

Final comment - this is truly a LOCAL business owned by a young & hungry team. If you're in Charleston and looking for a couch that you won't want to throw away in 3 months -...

This is why I am a loyal Harbor Classic customer. In a case of heroic customer service, HC shipped me their awesome teak loveseat and a footrest for my older HC Adirondack chair. Their teak furniture is best in class, built to perfection. I won't buy from anyone else. Then, FedEx Freight broke one of the legs in transit, and it took them 7 weeks to finally inspect and retrieve the box, despite the fact that HC owner Adam called them almost daily, pressing them for a resolution. Once the replacement arrived, Adam arranged for a local contractor to do a full white glove service---unpacking the pieces, moving them to the patio, and removing the packing crate and palette. I live beach front and y’all know that means everything gets beaten up. Mother Nature always wins. Well I am hear to tell you that HC Luxury Outdoor Furniture has won that battle! I purchased two couches and an end table one year ago. I did not cover them - ever. They were exposed to all the wind, sun and sand blasts that a beach front house offers. I am happy to say that they look perfect! I should also mention that we rent out our house all summer. Hard core use in addition to the weather exposure. I am attaching pictures so y’all can see for yourselves.
