II Brunettes — Local services in Mount Pleasant

I kind of hate when small businesses think that because they’re a small business they don’t have to offer any customer service at all. This is perpetuating people choose to order from reputable big businesses. Please be warned if you order anything online there are NO RETURNS (credit only) - AND you have to pay for shipping. I would have happily paid for shipping and just simply returned the item which is beyond reasonable for a seven day return window. But now I’m out the cost of the item plus $13 return shipping. Unfortunately aside from the credit that I could (hopefully?) now use I would not order from here again for this reason. I also thought the item was a vastly different color than advertised but I guess you’re supposed to know that too...

I just have to say first, that I am from Long Island, NY and seen a photo of THE MOST ADORABLE DRESS on IG from a cast member of Southern Charm. I could not find it on their website, so I DMed the store and Kaylee got right back to me and let me know they had 1 left and it was on sale. I immediately arranged a phone call so I made sure I could purchase this dress. (I needed it!!) Kaylee was so sweet and so accommodating and I received it in the mail a few short days later. I’ve been shopping at ii brunettes for years and have never been disappointed! I really appreciate that they have a variety of price points on all of their inventory. They also sell so many of my favorite brands and even some new ones I’ve found from shopping there. employees are always super helpful and friendly. Most of all, they are always posting new inventory on the Instagram and website so I can see what is hitting the floor or in stock.
