I have to say that my daughter and I are very impressed with the change that has come about at the Taco Bell on Coleman Blvd.!! I'm so glad because we all thought the way it was before that it probably would get shut down, it use to be HORRIBLE service, cleanliness and worst of all was the attitudes! Even the food started tasting different and not for the good. We had decided not to go back and we were sadden by that decision because our family has always loved taco bell.
After 5 months of not visiting my daughter wanted some taco bell so we decided to give it another chance. We drove up to drive thru and we already were prepared for the bad attitudes we most likely would receive, we ordered a burrito in a special way the way my daughter likes and a combo, and first of all the people working there were Super friendly with smiles and most of all with Respect to the customer! My daughter and I both looked at each other and couldn't believe the change! We did check our order before leaving and yup a taco was missing from our order so we went inside to let them know and we were prepared again for an attitude from employees But what we got was a heart filled apology with a smile, they gave us our taco and the mgr. Came and gave us a coupon for a free taco for our next visit! The place was clean! No dirty trays laying everywhere like it use to be nor, was the floor filthy! It was a 180 turn around! We were both very impressed and happy to see this change. We decided to go again yesterday, it was an awesome experience again! They must have cleaned house in all areas for the good because they have signs everywhere advertising for employment. The smiles, friendliness and cleanliness of this place made this a memorable experience for the good! And believe me, for the way this Taco Bell use to be,, that is saying ALOT!

I return it to the young man standing at the register name Tyshon. He apologized to me and stated he would handle it. He took it to the back and explain to them that I needed my taco remade Because it was cold. There was a black girl wearing a red Large bonnet Loudly stating the taco would be cold because of the condiments that is on it because the lettuce. She continue to go back-and-forth with the young man that was asking to remake my top and I said something. I said loudly that the meat itself is cold as well as the cold condiments that come with it. I worked in Taco Bell from 2005 to 2010. I know the difference between cold meat and hot meat. That meat needed to be pulled off-line and put back to properly. After being frustrated I just asked for a refund. Itâs simple customer service. If a customer does not like our item that was prepared, you simply remaking. For you to go back-and-forth while Iâm standing there, listening to every word that you were saying is boggling to me. Very unprofessional and all three of those black ladies that were standing behind the Line need to go back into customer service training. They in return followed me outside. fact that I asked for my taco to be remade and they got an attitude is mind blowing to me. I simply stated to the young man that my food was cold and he felt it for himself and agreed with me as well. The cashier Tyshon did do everything that he could in order to make me happy including giving me voucher for a free taco. Which I was very pleased with. But those ladies that worked on the line WERE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! For some reason this location is drive thru only, but they let me go inside for my order since my car was not going to be able to clear through the drive thru. The person who seemed to be the supervisor greeted me and gave me my order, and even offered me a drink, which I was very grateful for. Unfortunately, the food was not up to par. The fries were soggy and not warm at all, like theyâve been ready awhile, and the cheese dip was lukewarm at best. The doritos locos taco was not supreme, and the shell itself was stale, like itâs been left out. Finally, the steak burrito had only a couple of pieces of steak only on half of it, which was a little disappointing considering it costs around $5-$6, and I didnât even get my sauce packets in my bag.
