Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

I never leave reviews, but I'm honestly so tired of missing ingredients on the items I am paying for.

I dislike refried beans so anything that comes standard made with them I ask for without. Countless times I have been given an item labelled "no beans" on the wrapper, bite into it, and there are beans on it. I have also ordered some of the box deals, and had my burrito without beans put into the box that was not labelled "no beans".

Every time I ask for SUPREME tacos of any caliber, I either never receive it supreme, the taco only has tomatoes added, or only had a very minimal amount of sour cream. I have even ordered more than one taco supreme in the same order and been given one with tomatoes added but no sour cream and another with no tomatoes but has sour cream.

Today, I came through and ordered a nacho bell grande with no beans and I, once again, didn't have tomatoes on this item either.

I don't know if it's lack of care, knowledge, or training, but as someone who also works in food service this is ridiculous. I could understand if you are out of an ingredient, but that should be expressed to the customer upon them ordering the item. Please keep in mind this has also been over a span of trips over a few months not...

Spouse has stage 4 esophageal cancer, ordered him a side order of refried beans and a LG side order of rice. Along with all other foods, and even a extra case of tacos to take home for later. Food finally comes out, I immediately begin to get my husband's out and ready first, only to discover the LG $1.49 order of rice is about 2 Tablespoons of rice in a 2 ounce container (you know the tiny little dish most places serve ketchup in for your French fries) I took it back up to the counter, because surely someone has made a mistake. Girl said nope that's right, I had to ask if she was serious. $1.49 for 2 Tablespoons of rice. NEVER AGAIN!!!! FYI, husband did not eat it, I palmed it in my hand, went into the other taco Bell in town and asked to see the size container you get when you order a LG side of rice. They pull out a 4 ounce container, then I show them what mission street taco Bell just gave us. I called corporate the next day, who agreed they were wrong with what they gave me, and said the store manager would be calling me in the next couple of days. It's been weeks and haven't heard from anyone. No refund, no replacement with the proper amount, no apologies, nothing. The spork was twice the size of the dish!...

So I just went to Taco Bell about five minutes ago and I ordered some Cinnabon's and when I went to go eat them I swallowed and they burned my throat not because they were hot but because I thought that I was having allergic reaction and it scared me I almost went to the ER because I thought my throat was going to close up on me I remembered I'm not allergic to cinnamon so I didn't go to the ER The thought crossed my mind I might be allergic to cinnamon all of a sudden. So I have one my friend I was with Google why is it burning when I eat my sandwic so I have one my friend I was with Google why is it burning when I eat my Cinnabon's and she got the answer that you guys only used one deep fryer you Must have fried some spicy or something and then you deep fry my Cinnabon's and the same thing and I got the spicy ones so that means I just wasted five dollars because I'm not eating them. Recommend you do not use the same deep fryer for the Cinnabon's because you'll lose business including me and I love Taco...
