T-Mobile is an awful company. We had Sprint for many years before they were bought by T-Mobile. Lo and behold, my phone dies shortly after the acquisition so I go to this store to get a new phone. At the time they were running a promotion to get an Apple Watch SE for $99 with a new phone and if you added cellular to the watch it was $10 for the added line. Sounded like a good deal and my wife wanted an Apple Watch so we got it.
Now, here’s where it gets shady… 5 or 6 months go by and I login to my T-Mobile account to discover that we’d been getting billed for the watch as if it were full price ($399). I reached out to customer service that day who credited our account for the overpayment but did not take the installment plan off. Next month, same thing still getting billed for it and the added line went up to $15/month. Reached out again, assured it would be taken care of. At this point we’ve already paid the $99 for the watch but we’re still getting charged for it to this day and every time I reach out I get the same response. It will be taken care of, rest assured blah, blah, blah. To this day we’re still paying for the watch and $15/line when that is not at all what we agreed to.
I don’t know if someone at the store messed it up or if we got bait and switched, but the moral of the story is, if you want to get what you agreed to, go to Verizon or AT&T, that’s what I’m going to do. A year in and they still have not fixed the problem. Verily disappointed with T-Mobile which is a shame because we never had an issue...

Read moreGetting tired of the deception. First with the WiFi I signed up for T-Mobile about 3 months ago,- I Was told with the Whole House Internet, we would get great service. I gave them my drivers license for my address. It was entered wrong. After calling T-Mobile, they said at my address I could not get good reception. Why didn’t the Store Manager check this out first. Switched back to Spectrum.
Second - I was also told that I could get U- Tube tv channels for about $50 a month. It actually costs $79.
Third- Phone service for 4 lines. I was told to bring my phone back in November to get a free phone, at first they said I only had to pay for taxes and the activation fee, then they came back and told me that I would have a $250 down payment due. After asking more questions, I switched to a cheaper phone where the down payment would be only $50. BUT then when I was getting ready for the final bill, they said the down payment would be close to $400.
GREAT DEALS on Free Phone. After about 2 hours of B. S. I walked out without making any changes. What a waist of 2 hours. So now they said come back in about 3 months to see if the EC (?) would go up, I have No believe that it will ever come up to what they expect.
Be CAUTIOUS and READ ALL the FINE PRINT. Going to look into switching back to Spectrum for...
