I have nothing against their foods. They're pretty good to eat, if you want to either have a quick breakfast, or lunch. But the staff on the other hand.... are a bunch of morons. Complete freaking morons. The management just hired them, and never gave them any training at all. If you tell them that if you want something from the menu. But instead, they gave you something that is not what you want. For example, I order a plain sausage biscuit, and a mocha coffee. Instead, I got a sausage cheese biscuit, and a plain black coffee. I told them about the sausage biscuit part. But never bothered on the coffee part, because I felt like that they got that one correct... That is until I taste it. And boy, that's is a mistake, that I have made. So yeah, if you like to go to Tim Hortons, that's fine and all. But just go to a good Tim Hortons area, that has staffs, that has good experience on the job, and better service. And sadly, my hometown is not one of those...
Read moreWent in early (around 7am) to get a 12 cup box of coffee and dozen donuts for my office. I asked how long of a wait it would be, and was told very abruptly, "that depends on what coffee you want" . I said whatever you already have brewed was ok....and was then told I'd have to wait 3 to 4 minutes....whilch was no problem..... but the lady seemed almost bothered with the order....just kinda rude. It was rung up as $28.00 and some odd cents. Before I gave the girl my money, I looked down and saw a coupon for a box of coffee and 2 dozen donuts for $29.00 and some odd cents. When I asked about it, I was rudely told it was too late to change my order. I was running kinda late so didn't argue but.....it just seems to me that she could've been a little more accommodating and not so rude! It was not a good...
Read moreAs an avid lover of honey, crueler donuts from Tim Hortons, this morning, I decided to go through the newer Tim Hortons near Burger King in Mount Vernon, Ohio.. what a mistake that was, this is the worst batch of honey crueler donuts I have ever had and I always order honey cruller donuts & have for years.. this half dozen box of honey crawlers is dry with no glaze and taste like they are at least a day old.. shame on you for allowing your employees to give out old donuts instead of making fresh and applying glaze. If you’re on this side of town, I recommend going to the little grocery store and getting a fresh doughnut . Would like my 8 dollars back because in order to eat these, I’m going to have to make my own glaze and stick them in the microwave so they’re soft .. Wow completely unacceptable....
