We went to eat last night with a party of about 16-18 people, I called 2 1/2 hours ahead of time to let them know assuming they would take a reservation for a party of that size, however, when I called she told me they donāt take reservations and to call about 15 minutes before we planned to show up. I called 15 minutes ahead of time and was told they had plenty of room at the high top tables in the bar area which was fine with us. Upon arrival the manager was assisting the hostess with getting our tables ready for us, mind you we were now put in the dining area for whatever reason. They had us seated at two different tables but had plenty of room to seat us together. Luckily our server was nice enough to rearrange the tables so we could all be at the same table. Now at this point our server has advised us that she has only been on the job one week and was not given any help to assist with a party of this size. I really felt bad for her because you could tell she was nervous, luckily we are pretty understanding and my daughter has serving experience so she helped walk her through what the easiest way to deal with this size of a party would be and she was so appreciative of that! The food was okay, there were a few people that didnāt get what they ordered and after asked twice or three times they finally just asked that it be taken off of their bill. We had one person that ended up going to the bar and getting his own drinks because it was taking so long to get them brought to our table. Now hereās the kicker, the manager of the store, I believe his name is Gage was not any help of any kind throughout any of this experience. When it came time for our bills to be brought to us it was a complete mess, my daughter like I mentioned above has years of serving experience so when it came to splitting checks up she actually went to the cash register and split the checks up for our server while Gage the manager stood and watched it all happen. I waited over five minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was even there waiting before being asked if I wanted to be seated or if I was picking an order up. I would say normally that wouldnāt be too uncommon if they had been busy, but this is not the first time this has happened. I was finally approached by a waitress, who asked if I wanted to be seated or if I was picking something up and she not only sat me in a comfortable seat, but she was not supposed to be my waitress and she ended up being my waitress for the visit. The alcohol was great. The food was definitely not. I had to have my fries Remade and the second time they came out cold I decided I just didnāt want them. They also made my Chicken wrap with cold chicken. This tells me that theyāre not making fresh food. I understand, trying to utilize all this stuff that could be put in a warmer, but it didnāt even feel like the food has been put in a warmer at all. This is not the first time I have come and received subpar food. When the restaurant first opened, it seemed like not only did the staff take pride in Servicing the customers, but the food was very amazing. The price is reasonable if the food is fresh, but when you consistently go, and the food is subpar because itās simply served cold, and after it has sat for a long time, it does discourage a person from wanting to go. From somebody who works in customer service, I know that the company has to be Losing a very large amount of profit because they are having to discount so many Items because theyāre not made Fresh and I think itās sad because the food actually Should be relatively easy to make fresh and in a timely manner. I would prefer to wait a few extra minutes and have fresh food then to be served food that is Not worth paying for. Can the server was great she was very kind about the whole situation. Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeen here a few times and ordered carry out through app. Last CO order had an issue with food coming out to me late. Happened again tonight. Placed order at 1025pm and confirmation page said order will be ready at 1050pm. Knowing the issue last time I waited 10 mins before entering to give them a few mins grace. Stool there for 5-10 mins before anyone even bothered to check on me and that was a waitress. She checked the kitchen and said it will be a few mins longer.
There was way less than 20 customers in the store and all were sitting in the bar area as the dining room area was closed. Not one person checked the register area where I and another person was waiting. Finally at 1015ā¦25 mins late the orders came outā¦no apologies either for the order being so late. Got home and found they did not pack one of the items ordered so I called the store and it rang and rang for nearly 2 mins. No one answered.
Iām not one to complain bc things happen but it wasnāt even busy. Logged a complaint on website to try and get a refund for missing item.
Overall the food is great, no qualms or complaints. Service is more than lacking! I did thank the waitress for acknowledging me after I waited so long when I arrived. Kitchen staff and/or management needs to be checking the orders before bringing them out. I spent over $40 on this order.
