Great purchase! I bought a mattress here a couple weeks back, and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I was looking for a new mattress, and the Kingsdown mattress I ended up purchasing has been so wonderful to sleep on.

A huge shoutout to the two sales associates, Kevin and Julian! They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Kevin took the time to really understand my sleep preferences and recommended the perfect mattress for me. Julian was equally helpful and made sure every question I had was answered. They never rushed me and made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable.

I had a great experience working with Kevin. I told him about my back issues and was having issues with an old mattress. He knew exactly what I was looking for and what would help. I ended up getting a firm tempurpedic mattress with an adjustable base. The zero gravity function takes all of the pressure off of my lower back and I haven't slept this well in years. Came here to take advantage of the MDW sales, and I'm so glad that I did! Even though it was busy, Kevin spent a lot of time with me and made me feel like I was the only one in the store.
