Bought a few overpriced items. Went back the next morning to make a return. We’d paid cash, had the tags on the item, had the receipt and original bag (in fact, never even took the item OUT of the bag). The lady working said she could only give store credit. I’ve NEVER heard of a store policy like this. After explaining we lived in Illinois and had no intention of returning to use store credit, she still said they wouldn’t accept a return. When asked to speak with the owner, they were conveniently out of town. She wouldn’t provide a phone number or contact them on our behalf. She offered a generic email address and SURPRISE- no response to the email.

Outrageous return policy and inconsiderate staff. I have plenty of friends and family in the area who will never enter your establishment based on your poor customer...

Cute gifts but on the pricey side. While purchasing a shirt I was told it would be on sale the next day. I asked if they could hold it. She then ran my card and then said oh, sorry I ran the card. She knew what she was doing. She clearly heard me. Then she said they don't give refunds. She stated her computer isn't set up to do refunds.
