Honestly if I could give a 0 I would. I advise anybody looking to get a TV, steer CLEAR of this target and take your business elsewhere it isn’t worth the hassle no matter how good the deal. Me and my boyfriend went to go pick up my TV yesterday that I online ordered on the 20th. When I get to the store they scan my pickup barcode and go get the TV. When the girl brought it out I looked at it and noticed it was not the brand that I ordered, in fact it was a TV that was cheaper than what I had ordered. I told the girl and she said it was the TV that was scanned to my barcode and she wasn’t quite sure what had happened. She went off to find my TV and about 10 minutes later she comes back to ask a manager where the TV was because it was nowhere to be found. After another 10 minutes she comes back with another girl who was now supposed to take over and find the TV. The girl went off and about another 10 minutes she comes back to tell me the TV is not here and they’re not quite sure what happened to it, the wrong TV had been scanned to my barcode. So pretty much my TV had likely been given to someone else, while this cheaper version was trying to be given to me. This girl however was extremely nice and helpful and not at all was it her fault, she went and found me another TV that was actually better and price matched it and it kept me from having to pay more or wait for another TV, I actually ended up getting some money back which was great after that fiasco. We take the t.v. and get home only to find that the screen is cracked severely. So we ended up having to go back and exchange the TV! It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a retail store. The girl who helped substitute the TV was the only pleasant part and I do appreciate what she did. Obviously the back room handlers and those scanning the merchandise to the barcodes do not have a single clue what they are doing and should not be in charge of making sure people get their merchandise, because it is likely it will be incorrect! Just steer clear if you want a...
Read moreThis past Sunday was without a doubt the longest, most aggravating wait for drive up order that I've ever experienced, with Target or any other store. We got there right at 5:00, and right away we knew we were in for a wait because every single designated space was taken (have never seen that before) and several regular parking spaces had cars with their hazard lights on, which we figured was their way of indicating they were waiting on a drive up order as well. After circling four times, we finally snagged a designated space and proceeded to wait 35 minutes for our order to be brought out. According to the app, there were 37 other customers waiting for their orders! I felt sorry for the employees bringing the orders out - the three I saw were trying to move quickly, with one literally running back and forth across the parking lot bringing out orders. This is obviously a managerial issue with not having the appropriate number of staff members for this busy holiday season. And I've also witnessed some of the issues mentioned in other recent reviews; during a visit in November, I saw the exact same thing as in the photos others have posted - pallets stacked high with boxes blocking the middle of the aisles and the end of the aisles all over the store, making navigating a cart and a stroller a lot more difficult. I assumed it was because Black Friday was approaching and a lot of merch needed to be unloaded and put on shelves. That was clearly not the case since this issue is still present a month later. It's disappointing to see this store having gone so far downhill. I've lived in Murfreesboro for four and a half years, and I haven't ever seen it this bad. I'll likely end up going to the Smyrna location instead (even though it's twice as far) because of these issues. Someone really needs to step up and bring this store back to what it used to be. It's...
Read moreI’ve visited this target quite a few times this year, since I was given multiple gift cards. Every time I’ve been there, the store is just a mess. Clothes are on the floor, the shoe section is just absolutely destroyed. The changing rooms are filled with clothes, and the employees working the changing rooms and just standing around and talking. There’s only one cashier, and the self checkout only has 3-4 of them open. Also if you’re getting anything with a security tag, which is most clothes, you HAVE to go through a cashier. Apparently the employees working the self checkout can’t remove security tags. We went to the one register that was open, and the lady is yelling over her shoulder at the employees at customer service, asking if they can open another register. None of them reacted the first time, before she had to ask again. An employee named Mitchell very slowly came over and opened a register. I went to check out, and had 2 gift cards. One of them had a remaining $20 left, and the other one I had just received that day, with $50 on it. The cashier scanned it, told us it was empty, and then instantly threw it away. He saw me open the gift card right in front of him. He did not offer to fix the problem or double check the balance. We asked him to check it again just to be sure. He digs through the trash to find our card, scans it again, it comes up empty and AGAIN he throws it away. We asked for the card back, he has to dig through the trash. He just kind of stood there, not offering any help or advice. Needless to say, I probably won’t be going here again, I will stick to...
