Taking on more than they can chew! I was going to wait over 20 minutes on an order than never takes 10 minutes. They were unorganized and took on two bus loads of students. The chaperones called ahead so this wasn’t a surprise. Why am I mad? Because they didn’t inform me that it would take any longer to get my food. I was 3 orders down the list and I was looking at 25+ minutes(I had already waited 15 minutes before I interrupted them to find out). They gladly took my money without taking a moment to say they were running behind. The management this morning (03/01/2018) failed miserably. On top of my experience, I witnessed food sitting, waiting to be taken to tables with no one running it. Customers had to come up and grab it themselves. Again, the staff couldn’t take the time to inform customers that they were too busy to perform their standard duties of running the food that was purchased. On item nearly made it 6 minutes before the customer came to pick up their cold breakfast sandwich.
I coke here all the time, and sure I can mark this as a “one time bad experience”, but this was inexcusable. They should have warned everyone who ordered once they knew the busses called ahead.

They never called to ask what to replace it with and we ended up waiting an extra 45 mins before finally I went up to ask what was taking so long. They finally said they were waiting to fix the bread type on 2 sandwiches that they didn't have in stock. In the end they added vegetables I asked specifically not to add. Second day we got the right order but it took 18 minutes after it was supposed to be ready to receive. The third day we again had to wait 15 minutes extra because again a type of bread wasn't available and they only attempted to call us once to ask us what to replace the bread with, but the call never got through. Again they added veggies I didn't ask for and this time added Chipotle mayo instead of regular mayo. They redid the whole order so the other part of the order could be fresh as a courtesy, but the one that we were waiting on originally was the one that got most messed up. I get this is the only Panera in Murfreesboro, but at least attempt to reach out to us when you can't finish a request so we're not wasting 30 minutes or getting wrong orders where a food allergy may...
Read moreDear Panera Team, I would like to share my frustration regarding my order today. I received a text message stating that my order was ready, but when I arrived it was not. This caused unnecessary waiting, and I don’t understand why I was notified before it was actually prepared. When I finally picked up the order and reviewed it, I noticed that one of the sandwiches was missing. If I hadn’t checked before leaving, I would have arrived home with nothing for one of my sons. I then had to wait again while the missing sandwich was made. By the time we finally got home, the soups were cold, and the entire family was disappointed. Additionally, one of the side items I received was a broken slice of bread tossed into the bag. There were no napkins or spoons included, which made the experience even worse. The presentation and service were far below what I expect from Panera. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I left feeling frustrated and unhappy. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that customers receive accurate notifications, complete orders, and properly packed food...
