Just left there and the manager on duty tonight was so rude to my family and I! They close at 9p.m. and we only had 10 minutes left to get what we were there to grab and pay, 5 mins till, the lady confess directly up to my 2 year old daughter and I and proceeds to tell us that they are closed so we need to leave, the way she approached us and told us we just needed to leave was so unprofessional and not only did she say it rudely to us, she continued to follow us around making comments saying we needed to hurry up. She really had my blood boiling and if it weren't for my daughter being with me I would of let her know what I thought about her attitude, really like my 2 items were holding her up, let it be known I had my items picked out and paid before the time they closed with minutes to spare. I should of been just as rude as she and continued to browse and wait until exactly 9 to pay! I've noticed several employees there are not the friendliest working in a family friendly environment! Oh and that was only what the rude lady said to my family, there was an elderly lady that was walking in as I was paying and she probably made it 3 steps inside and the same woman yelled out to the elderly lady and told her " Oh No, No You need to leave right now, get out bc we are closed!" Read moreI had placed an order online and I did not get any confirmation email or any notification that the order had been prepared and ready for pick up. I called two days later to check and an employee put me on hold and then came back and let me know that my order was ready. My daughter and I shopped a bit before checking out and checkout I asked to pick up my order and it did not have 3 of the items I ordered. The main items. So, this was very frustrating bc that is why I came up there. If I had been notified the items were not available I would have cancelled the order. I told the cashier just cancel that whole order then. She said she cancelled it but did not give me a receipt and I did not get a notification on my end and I questioned her so it still shows the charge on my bank app, how do I know it is cancelled. Read moreI placed a pickup order for some specific (time sensitive) items. I showed up the next day to pick the order up and they didn’t have it ready because “whoever was here this morning didn’t do it”. Then, half the items I ordered and already paid for were sold out. I had plans this weekend that I was going to use these items for, and now I’m going to have to scramble for something else. I had gotten so excited about such a cool find, only to be massively disappointed. Not to mention, they seemed very nonchalant about this, as if I should have expected it. I dunno. I don’t tend to leave poor reviews, these employees seemed well-meaning and I don’t want to hurt them or their jobs, but I would prefer to recieve the items I paid for and expected to pick up rather than finding out the day before I leave for a vacation that I have to scramble to find something....
