My experience with this Clinic has been a rollercoaster ride and it's really just starting to begin. I came to dr. Garg because I was in a car accident and I had a messed up back so he guarantees he would fix me at the beginning everything was very good very professional and I felt great about the doctor. Until we set up and got ready for the RSA radio frequency ablation this is where they go in and burn the nerves so you don't have pain in your back. I went in the day to get my RFA they took me back they medicated me with sedation so I wouldn't feel it they gave me back in the room get me prepped they find out that they lost a pad that's supposed to go on the back of my leg. Well dr. Garg had to reorder the patch they told me to go sit down and wait and then when they get it ready so call me back. I go back once this thing is ready they medicate me again by this time I'm pretty out of it dr. Vikas Garg then does the RFA on the wrong side of my back burnt the nerves we had been talking about this injection or this RFA for weeks even months I was coming here we've always talked about doing the RFA on the left side. Now for some reason he doesn't pay attention to his notes or whatever it is his nurses aren't paying attention how do you completely miss the side you're supposed to do. The only reason I found out that it was done on the wrong side is the next day my wife goes to change my bandages and sees that the procedure has been done on the wrong side. It was later in the afternoon and the clinic was closed I rushed to the ER and they found out that it was done on the right side when I was supposed to be done on the left. The next day after I called dr. Vikas Garg and he told me that he definitely did the right side that he went through the right side of my back to get to the left. Dr. Ficus Garg lied to me and try to make me believe that he did the right side I was in so much pain I went from 10s to 30s 4 times a day. I've been in pain ever since I even been to the ER because my back hurts so bad from this. Now I got to deal with this for the rest of my life very unprofessional dr. Garg now other people in the Clinic's another doctor shows with me that he wants to cheat on his wife how professional is that this place is dirty and very unprofessional I would recommend that you do not come to these doctors because if they do mess up they won't take accountability I've been on these meds for almost 2 years now and if anybody knows 30 mg is a lot 4 times a day I'm pretty much a zombie I have to have people drive me around all this other stuff never have they offered to try to fix it or make it right I'm not the only one if you go ahead and read the reviews you will see a lot more just like mine and maybe not a lot but a couple but wow how can you be so...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would have loved to give this place five stars. I saw Dr Garg a few years back and as a doctor, he was really good. He listened to you and he truly tried to help me get rid of my lower back and neck pain. On the other hand... I started going to another spine specialist due to the fact that they were no longer able to help me. About 1 year after no longer going there I started getting a bunch of calls stating that I owed them money and there was a past due balance even though I always paid my co-pays. They claimed that I didn't pay for my co-pays and I needed to pay or it was going to go to collections. I tried to let them know that I always pay my co-pays and there should be absolutely no reason at all that I have any balance whatsoever. If I had a balance you would think they would tell me that while I was going there but they didn't.. I was tired of the harassing phone calls so I gave in, even though I knew I shouldn't, I paid them what they were claiming I owed and everything was all cleared up. Here we are exactly one year later again and they are doing THE EXACT SAME THING! Not only are they telling me that I have a past due balance but they're saying it's the exact same amount that I already paid them for not once BUT TWICE NOW!! I let them know that they should probably get an IT person to look into it because obviously they have a problem with their billing system. Either that or someone is not doing their job because it's not right to double charge someone and it's really not right to try and TRIPLE CHARGE SOMEONE FOR SOMETHING THEY ALREADY PAID!! I let them know they were never going to get another penny out of me and I'm honestly embarrassed for them. The fact that a really big reputable medical establishment does not have their finances in order is a shame. I told them I wasn't going to pay it and they said okay we're going to have to send you to collections and I told them that's totally fine but I'm going to get online and let everyone know exactly what's happening in a review. We got off the phone and they called me back in less than 1 minute saying that they're going to clear my balance (because they didn't want everyone knowing the truth online). Just giving everyone a fair warning if you're going to go here... Like I said before, Dr Garg and the staff was very gracious and knowledgeable while I was there. BUT.... They do not have their finances in order and they will try to send you collections for something you already paid and they will do it repeatedly year after year (obviously). I hope this saves somebody a headache in the future so you don't have to go through what I've been going through....

After receiving a cortisone injection I was also recommended to have ablation in my lower spine. This takes two diagnostic injections in order to get the ablation, making sure that they have the right place.
I scheduled both diagnostic injections in advance. After the first one my pain increased. I filled out and emailed them the form, recording my pain every 15 minutes. A week later, I had heard nothing. I called and the phone just rang. I called again, the phone was picked up and then I was put directly to voicemail, without a word. I left my contact information, and my desire to speak to someone concerning the fact that I was in more pain than before and that I wanted to cancel my next diagnostic injection unless someone could explain to me why it might be worth it.
I heard nothing back until 2.5 weeks later they wanted to confirm my diagnostic injection. I explained how frustrated I was and they put me on hold and told me that the doctor wanted to see me.
When I came in, I was assigned a PA that was new and knew nothing about why I was there. It became clear that they enjoyed my money, not helping me. This visit cost me $139.44 for absolutely no service!
Whoever they use for billing is a disgrace. Every visit the ladies at the front desk would tell me that I could not be taken back until my bill from the previous visit had been paid, by my third visit I had still not received a statement or bill from the first.
I would always pay, yet could not get a statement telling me what my payment was for. When I asked I was referred to the billing company.
When I complained about that they confirmed my contact information and I started to get links sent to me for my account, all of which, when clicked on, told me my account was locked. When I called them, they could not unlock it for me.
My last visit to the clinic was most unpleasant as the lady at the front desk treated me as if I was delinquent, when I told her of my frustration she became quite abrasive with me.
