My experience today does not reflect my overall experience at this location. I’ve been visiting this location since they opened and have only had one subpar experience, which was today. I always have great exchanges with the staff and am well attended to, as well as receiving great product. Dozens of 5-star experiences in spite of 1 meh experience still averages out to a five-star review. Now here was today - Ugh. I LOVE Roxberry and I’ve never had a problem the dozens and dozens of times I’ve been to this location since they moved there. Until now. I ordered buy 1 get 1 24 Oz. açaí bowls with no blueberries on top and no honey, but here’s the kicker - I got the coupon under the promise that I’d leave a review. So you’d think this would be an amazing product. Nope. I received 2 16 ounce liquid açaí bowls, sloshing around like water so much that it leaked out the sides as I drove home. I’ve had over a dozen açaí bowls and they have always been a spoonable, thick quality and the size I actually ordered. This was like water - not even a challenge for a straw. And there were no strawberries on top but no indication that they were out of strawberries. Anyway. Of COURSE my worst experience of not getting what I ordered and it being of very poor quality would happen when I’m supposed to leave a review on exchange. I was confused when they handed me my order and thought maybe I was seeing things wrong, so didn’t say anything on the spot and thought, “Well, I used a coupon, beggars can’t be choosers.” But…by the time I got home I realized I couldn’t even eat my bowl (no wonder they didn’t give me spoons) and I have to freeze them for a few hours in my freezer to correct it. So consider this my hangry was writing because I’m hungry NOW and can’t consume what...
Read moreI go to Roxberry quite often but this is the first time at this location. I walked in and no one was at the counter (during the visit I saw 3 different employees so that was odd) I stood at the counter looking at the menu and after a minute or so a young woman walked up the register. She didnt say anything or address me at all. After a few awkward silence moments I just placed my order. The same thing I usually get a large Iron Strong Smoothy. I headed to the restroom which is through a door and down a hallway that was so full of boxes and items from another business it was hard to walk through. After coming back out another employee gave me my smoothie which was to full to get a lid on....now I appreciate the extra but maybe warn me or put it in a second cup. (Both those scenarios have happened at the Farmington location) Putting the lid on top of something that's to full is a bad idea. Then the other issue my smoothie was orange....I get this enough to know it is supposed to be dark green. I said "Is that an Iron strong?" The guy who made it said oh yeah it is I just put extra mango on top its green underneath. Well it didnt taste like an iron strong but it wasnt bad so at this point I just left. After drinking an inch off the top so I could secure the lid it still isnt green and the bottom doesnt taste like an iron strong. Not a bad Smoothy but not what I ordered and not a good customer...
Read moreUpdate 7/17/18: I will leave my previous review below, so people can understand my updated review. I have been back to Roxberry, and am very happy to report that they were much faster with their service! I’m guessing they were able to hire and train more staff, because my wait in the drive thru was shortened down to a reasonable 5 minute wait.
Thank you so much, Roxberry for addressing the problem at this location! I love your smoothies and will keep coming back for more:)
Hey Roxberry management, I love your smoothies, and have been coming to this location for ten years! I don’t know if you’re short staffed, but the waits have been getting longer and longer. Now, I work in fast food too, so I get it, and would never take my frustration out on the employees, they’re trying their best. Last time I pulled through the drive through I had an 45 minutes to make it to my next class. I had noticed the waits were getting longer, so I actually planned for 20 minutes in the drive through, because I really wanted a smoothie. I was in the drive through for 41 minutes for one smoothie. There was one car in front of me with three or four smoothies, and there were some people in the shop, so I get that it’s first come first serve, and the staff was trying their best to meet demands. I can’t wait 40 minutes for a...
