Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in Murray

The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the girl at the register was very sweet! My girlfriend and I went to get coffee and sandwiches, we were sitting in the lobby when a gentleman walks up and tells us the lobby is closed. We say “that’s fine! Will you bring our order out to us?” He proceeds to say “no we will call your order out at the bar.” So, we said “ we’ll, have you called our order out?” He said “yes we called it out a while ago it’s up at the bar.” We obviously didn’t hear that our order had been called out because we were only in the lobby to wait. Instead of approaching us and letting us know our order was ready, it came across like he was kicking us out! I definitely believe the situation could have been handled differently… Maybe with a little more professionalism. Definitely put a bad taste...

I love beans & brew. I stop at this specific location because they're super fast and always good. However, I stopped in yesterday around 4ish and there were two girls working. I didn't catch their names but the one with blue and purplish hair, wow was she rude. She made me feel like I was interrupting her. She took my order and told the other girl with silverish hair ( sorry, just didn't get their names) to start on my drink and the girl didn't know what to do. Maybe shes new or just didn't know the drink well but the one girl who took my order was so insanely rude to her. I mean giving her the meanest looks. I honestly felt so bad for the one who was asking questions. She looked afraid and it made me feel uncomfortable. The drink came out great. The coffee here is delicious BUT the service lacks consistency. The last 3 visits at this location my order has been completed wrong. I have visited here 5 times so far with a less than 1/2 rate of order accuracy. They get very busy on weekends which is when i visit and they do not have enough help. When the order is produced wrong, its a headache trying to get it corrected. I spend nearly $20 every visit but am seriously thinking of going elsewhere that can at least get my coffee order correct. I don't mean another location as i have not had good luck with orders elsewhere either, I mean another coffee house where customer service means something.
