Trilogy Medical Center — Local services in Murray

So I would like to share my experience with Trilogy . The place looked amazing,I was highly recommended by two older ladies that are permanent clients of the spa. So i came with a skin condition which i never had: small tiny bumps Appeared all over my skin with no inflammation no blackheads, just covered my cheeks with many small bumps that were standing out and causing me insecurities . The Esthetician explained that since I moved from the midwest to a higher altitude (park city utah) my skin is trying to adjust to the weather & the altitude .So she recommended a YAG treatment which is a combination of a chemical peel with a laser treatment which quote: “will surface everything out so we can get it out “ . After doing that facial twice and not seeing any difference they recommended PRP facial with Micro needling. Explaining that I will definitely take care of the problem . ( Little did I know back then That had acne. The use of any type of a blade or needles once you have acne is the most terrible and unprofessional thing to do to your skin. since the blade/the needles carry the acne bacteria and spread it all over the face which is exactly what happened to me after their facials ) Recovery from the PRP micro needling was a bit longer than what I THOUGH . looked terribly red. Not to mention that the cost was really high, more than I usually spend on my skin . I was very excited to see the results, once the redness was gone. and once it happened I was highly disappointed!! my skin had more bumps than before and it looked terrible . Literally a disaster ! By then the bumps covered my entire face !!!! In addition, with every treatment the staff tried to sell me more and more products, in willing to “salve” my situation. Not once, did they identified and categorize my problem as ACNE. After spending more than 1200$ on my skin and not seeing results i spoke to the staff again. in spite the fact that they were nice they explained that i need to do more treatments in willing to clear my skin up!

After leaving Utah I went to serious aesthetician. first thing she asked me as looking at my skin was : did I stop taking birth controls, my answer was yes and she immediately realize we have to do an acne treatment since Im going to a crazy hormonal change . After only one treatment my skin looked so much better and didn’t have almost no bump . Smooth as a baby.

Oh- and i also paid in Trilogy $450 for a so-called cellulite treatment , it doesn’t work!!!!

So, in conclusion : If you want to get injectables. See Shawna. Shes the perfect address. Otherwise don’t bother going there. If you are in your 20s or pretty young don’t get facials there , they will just ruin your skin !!! And they will shove more products and try to upsell you every single appointment . If you want to get rid of cellulite don’t bother paying so much money it doesn’t work .

I RELY ON REVIEWS FOR ALL MY PURCHASES, WHY NOT GIVE MY OWN I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS PLACE FOR YEARS NOW, I HAVE HAD CHEMICAL PEELS, VAMPIRE FACIAL, MICRONEEDLING , MATRIX... NEVER HAD ISSUES BEFORE, BUT I THINK ITS MAINLY BECAUSE THE ATMOSPHERE HAS CHANGED. IF YOU ARE JUST AN AVERAGE PERSON WHO WANTS TO GET PAMPERED AND TAKEN CARE EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. NOT ANYMORE ANYWAY. ITS VERY MUCH ABOUT MONEY AND APPEARANCE. I AM STILL DEALING WITH ISSUES THAT AROSE FROM MY TREATMENT , WHICH IT WAS ON NOV 1ST. I PURCHASED THEIR NOVEMBER SPECIAL, WHICH IT OFFERED THE NEWEST PROCELL TECHNOLOGY. AFTER MY TREATMENT AND TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY IS MY SKIN SO BAD, I LOOKED INTO IT AND REALIZED THAT IS NOT THE TREATMENT THAT I HAD RECEIVED. I CONTACTED THEM , I WAS GIVEN LOTS OF EXCUSES, BUT NOT ONCE DID THEY OFFER TO GIVE ME THE TREATMENT THAT I HAD ACTUALLY PURCHASED, I AM AWARE THAT I STILL RECEIVED A TREATMENT, I ALSO ADDED MORE TREATMENT ON TOP OF IT, SPENT MORE MONEY, IF I HAD ORIGINALLY RECEIVED MY CORRECT TREATMENT, I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO ADD ON AND I WOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE AND KNOW WHAT THIS PROCELL TREATMENT COULD HAVE BENEFITED ME.... I ASKED TO BE CONTACTED BY SOMEONE WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE CLINIC, NO ONE MADE AN ATTEMPT. ALL I WAS TOLD IS THAT THEY DON'T OFFER REFUNDS, BUT IF I WANT TO GO BACK, THEY WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TAKE $50 OFF . I WAS NEVER OFFERED MY ACTUAL TREATMENT, THE ONE I BOUGHT ! RIDICULOUS !! I WAS ASKED TO KEEP UPDATED PHOTOS, I DID , BUT MY LAST PHOTOS WAS ALSO SENT WITH ME CANCELLING MY UPCOMING CHEMICAL PEEL. I RECEIVED NO MORE COMMENTS OR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO KEEP TAKING CARE OF MY SKIN. I HAVE HAD TO REACH TO SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP ME.. I REGRET GOING THERE VERY MUCH.. If I could give more stars I would. I found Trilogy Medical Center after I moved to Cottonwood Heights for my Dysport. I had tried out another local med spa and I felt that I was overpaying and my injections weren’t lasting nearly as long as they should. Chelsea is an extraordinary injector. In my initial consultation, we spoke about my acne scarring and possible other treatments we could try. I didn’t have to book any other appointments. Each specialist was able to come in and talk to me right on the spot. I was getting married in 14 months and wanted a plan to ensure that my skin looked as good as possible. I’m very self conscious of my scars and have spent so much money and healing time on treatments that seemed to work for short term durations. During a holiday special I bought a package for one of treatments that we had discussed. When I came in use it, I met Rhonda (the owner) and she told me about a brand new machine they had, called Sylfirm X. I decided to trust her recommendation and together we planned out each phase of my next year to get my skin “wedding ready.” What a DREAM TEAM! Rhonda and her staff are absolute professionals. They are all kind, caring and trustworthy. These gals became my friends over this past year, and I plan on continuing my aesthetic services with Trilogy. I’m so glad that I trusted the process. My skin looks better than ever, and I felt beautiful in my wedding day. Rhonda, Chelsea, Alyssa and Natalie performed the majority of my treatments and they were all amazing.
