We had a very disappointing experience with this daycare. I truly wanted to love this place — our tour in late 2024 was impressive — but the reality of day-to-day care was very different. Communication was poor, and we often felt left in the dark about our son’s wellbeing. For context, this review reflects our 15-month-old’s care, and it’s not our first childcare experience (we’ve previously used both a home daycare and preschool with our older child).

From the very first day, things were rocky. The staff seemed unprepared: we were directed to an empty classroom, teachers looked overwhelmed, and they did not engage with our son at drop-off. While he was distracted by new toys, it was concerning to see multiple children crying without any comfort from staff.

What worried us most was the lack of reliable communication. When we asked how we would be notified if something was wrong, both the teacher and front desk simply said “someone will call or email.” We later learned there was an app for updates, but this was never explained to us. On one occasion, I called to check on my son and only reached voicemail; no one returned my call for hours. For parents, this kind of uncertainty undermines trust and creates constant anxiety.

By day three, it was clear this daycare did not align with our expectations for a safe and nurturing environment. Unfortunately, we were also disappointed to learn they require a four-week cancellation notice, making our short trial an expensive one.

I wanted to share what a positive experience we’ve had since bringing our infant to TLE.

It can be tough trusting strangers with your new shiny baby, but the staff at TLE made that transition as easy as possible, and both both my wife and I feel totally at ease knowing our baby is in such good hands.

We’re pleased with the development we’ve seen over the past few months, with everything from taking the bottle better to actually napping in a crib, and look forward to seeing our son hit more milestones as more time passes.

The facility is immaculate, the staff members are knowledgeable and polite, and my baby smiles ear to ear every time we pull up.

My daughter started in the infant room and her experience was amazing. Eunice is awesome!! She is so considerate of my daughter’s needs. She always provided updates and suggestions to help support my daughter’s transition from being home full time with me to being in daycare.
