had a very disappointing experience at this store. The manager, Clarissa, was extremely rude when I asked for assistance with my order. She refused to apply the Pro discount that I should have received, insisting that the SKU# had changed even though the item was identical. Her attitude was condescending and dismissive, and she made it clear that she had no intention of helping me.
Later, I went to look for some wood, which should have been marked down due to visible damage. I encountered Clarissa again, and her rude behavior continued. She instructed another employee to use his judgment on whether the wood should be marked down, despite the clearly visible cracks. When I pointed out the damage, she began cursing at me and ultimately told me to leave the store.
When I asked if I was being kicked out because I am from the Middle East, she ran away as soon as I took out my phone to record her behavior, even using profane language. Danette even suggested the Motherās Day birdhouse activity for my 7-year-old daughter, and later stopped by while we were building to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I saw no less than 10 employees in my 15 mins there, who purposely did not make eye contact. I guess they weren't trained in GET and that's unfortunate. As I purchased my 2 out of 4 products, the cashier, Isabella did not extend a Thank you, but instead, watched me as I struggled to grab a sheet of paper for loading. This store has paper and plastic for loading products, and that's great; however, I wanted paper, not plastic, and it was not loaded properly on the roller.
