I love me a good subway sandwich. I have been craving this sandwich ALL WEEK. Finally I had the chance to go tonight, I walked in with a smile on my face in a GREAT MOOD. I saw that the guy working was making some pick up order sandwiches so I was super patient just listening to music letting him make his sandwiches while I decided if I want chips or a drink. He was making these sandwich orders delicately and they looked delicious. After about 5 minutes he asked me to order and with a smile on my face I started ordering. I ordered a foot long sandwich on white bread, turkey, and american cheese. Cool, amazing, great. He slides my sandwich over and I proceed to tell him I would like extra mayonnaise, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers and some parmesean cheese. I always ask for extra mayo but when going to subway I never have to ask for extra veggies. I noticed he barely put any in the sandwich and I asked if he could please add extra of the veggies I asked for. He barely added anything extra and didn't add any extra cucumbers (I should have asked again but I felt bad asking twice). On top of the fact that he didn't add any extra veggies he had an attitude the whole time and very much half assed my sandwich. He would also while I was in the middle of talking he would cut me off and start talking to whoever came in and stop making my sandwich. I understand that it's the end of the day, it's nighttime, it's dinner time. But why was he handling pick up orders so nicely and slapping shit on mine with an attitude. I gave him no reason for him to be rude and half ass my sandwich. The whole time I was very kind, said please and thank you and had a smile on my face because I was excited for this sandwich. Anyways he wrapped up my sandwich I payed and left. I was in such a horrible mood after that but it gets worse. I proceed to go home and open my sandwich. Not only is there 4 tiny cucumbers, and barely any lettuce on a footlong sandwich while I had to ask for extra. (I know it was the end of the day but there was still a lot of toppings in the tubs and I saw him making the other sandwiches with good proportions) when I bit into this sandwich it was so freaking dry all I tasted was the bread. I felt like I was a victorian child finding bread on the floor during the plague except I actually payed for this. I don't remember his name but it is Sunday April 13th 2025 and I went at like 8 30 pm and some chopped ass dude with an attitude was working. Subway I have been a LOYAL customer at this point just hire me because nobody deserves to be let down by a subway sandwich...
Read moreI love giving good reviews, but in this case, itâs just not possible. I left this subway about 30 minutes after going to redeem the $6.99 foot-long sandwich online offer. The 25 minute nightmare began when JAYNAY advised me that I needed to do this through my SubwayÂŽ app. Iâve done that 10 times at least at other subways with no issues.I attempted to order through the App and it would not go through After several attempts. She attempted to do it and it would not go through. She blamed it on my phone.I asked her if I could just pay cash and she said no, Iâd have to pay with a credit card or purchase a SubwayÂŽ gift card, which I did. After applying the gift card for payment, it would not allow me to post the payment. She blamed it on my phone. She didnât realize that the app asks you to set up an account with a credit card, along with asking for facial ID, which I am not a fan of. She said she tried denying the facial ID request and it still would not go through. A third time she blamed it on my phone. I asked her with me investing 25 minutes at that point, if she could make an exception and let me pay cash and be on my way, as the sandwich was already halfway made. She refused And continued to blame my phone, which is working just fine. When I told her that the payment was accepted, but the app would not let me skip the facial ID feature, she blamed it you guessed it, on my phone.
Iâm huge on customer service and Jaynayâs lack of understanding what that means, wouldnât let her do but I suspect most other stores would do and thatâs make an exception, except cash and let me be on my way. I then asked to speak to the regional manager and she claimed that was her. I left a phone number for Iâm assuming the franchise owner to call me back and weâll see if that happens. I did try calling Subwayâs corporate offices and what a joke. No one picks up, they refer you right back to the website and thatâs not what I would call a customer friendly...
Read moreUpon arrival, I waited approximately four minutes before being acknowledged. The cashier neglected to greet me and appeared more focused on the cash machine. After four minutes, another staff member inquired if I intended to place an order. I confirmed and specifically asked if the sandwich I requested was the meal of the day, to which she nodded in affirmation. Based on this, I assumed the upgraded meal would cost around $12 or less. However, when the total was presented, it was $17 and change, and the cashier stated that the sandwich was not the meal of the day. I expressed my surprise, citing the previous staff member's confirmation. I then attempted to use a gift card, which I had previously used at this location without issue. The cashier was rude and stated that they do not accept those coupons, without even looking at me or my gift card, incorrectly asserting that it was a coupon. I clarified that it was a gift card, not a coupon, and she responded that gift cards can only be redeemed online, not in-store. I was taken aback by her response, especially given my previous positive experiences at this location. Overall, the service was unprofessional, rude, and...
