I wanted to give Sandy and the leasing staff a shout out for all their amazing hard work to revive and reconstruct our community. I was beyond happy when I received an email that Sandy would be returning as property manager. I have lived at Pacific Landing since the property opened, so to see an original staff member return to bring life back to this community was one of the smartest moves the owner has made. The past three years under Melissa Wickerd’s management has been difficult to sit back and watch unfold. It definitely opened up conversations with neighbors I’ve never spoken to as far as how unfortunate it was to see our community neglected, deteriorating and the level unprofessionalism that was allowed while she was manager. With that said, I want to focus on the positive and present. In the past 60 days I have seen a dramatic change to the appearance and structure of our community. Landscaping has done an amazing job cleaning up the property, the community feels safe again, the gates are up and running, the gym and pool area are clean, maintenance is processing work orders and cleaning the exterior of the community, employees are dressed professionally and speak professionally, parking is improving and we’re finally bringing back garage and balcony checks. I see Sandy out there walking the property and involved with the community. I’m certain she has a lot on her plate internally but she always has a big smile on her face and never complains. I am so happy she is back and thanks to her, I renewed my lease for another year!...

We have lived here for years and it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. The complex is very friendly with many buildings forming groups and friendships together, like a neighborhood should be. There are a lot of community events like the Holiday parties, cocktail hours, food truck events, and of course the movie theater that has movies 3 days a week for all ages from children to adult (with snacks included). Along with all the great amenities, the management has only been wonderful to us. Typically anybody that I have encountered that has anything bad to say about this place usually has an issue with the smoking policy (not allowed) or they have a difficult time understanding how to clean up after their own dog. PS - smoking: you do have to leave the property but many people do it (I don't smoke but live near the unofficial smoking area, a lot of people use it) dogs: there are countless dog bags and receptacles around the property, you have to go out of your way not to pick up after your dog. They had portrayed this complex to be a nice family friendly place to live when we first moved in but once we had issues started popping up there’s always a bunch of drama and my family is constantly being harassed by an employee in the front office she takes pictures of my husband and daughter who is a minor and records us at the pool it is creepy and weird when I had brought it up to sandy she seemed helpful and that the issue would be resolved but now was told I have to sit in a room and talk to the employee who’s recording this is not high school I was very upset she can’t control her employees then not even a couple days later it was happening again I feel so unsafe and upset and will probably be contacting law enforcement about the issue it is not ok if you are thinking of moving here I highly do not recommend it.!
