Look our family LOVES Chick-Fil-A, we always get GREAT customer service. The lady who took our order in the long red jacket, BEST customer service we had today (was SUPER sweet) but here’s our complication and concerns:
We were at the drive-thru window, immediately ignored by the workers. There was both a male and female employee, one with shorter brown hair and a Pringles mustache, and the other “trainer” on her nametag that read Stephanie K, were BEYOND rude. They had their backs facing us, we were completely ignored until they decided they were done having their conversations, and then whipped around, shoved the drinks at us and handed us our bags. We weren’t asked if we needed any sauces (and that’s what’s usually asked by the employees to the customers) and we had to ask ourselves. We waited patiently, they carried a conversation for a few more minutes and THEN decided, again on their OWN time decided when to give us our sauces. We said thank you and we were completely ignored. For the third time. We love you guys a LOT but the customer service was horrible and completely unprofessional. If these are the trainers you guys have for your company at this location, it’s terrible. Respectfully speaking; I don’t think another customer would want the same experience, and if these workers for example, were customers instead of employees; I don’t think they’d want to get treated that way either. I hope this doesn’t get dismissed. Kind of ashamed.

Read moreI recently visited the Chicken Fillet store in Murrieta with my boyfriend, hoping to enjoy a delicious spicy chicken salad. However, our experience was far from satisfactory. We placed an order for two salads and a limonite at 4:02 pm, and despite the place being empty with no other customers in the drive-through, we had to wait until 4:28 pm to receive our order.
To make matters worse, when my boyfriend inquired about our order, the employees seemed more interested in their personal conversations, cracking jokes, and completely neglected our order. It was evident that they had forgotten about it. This lack of attention and professionalism was truly disappointing.
Not only did the service fall short, but the portion of chicken in our salads was disappointingly small. As regular customers of Chicken Fillet, we have always been accustomed to impeccable customer service and generous food portions. This experience was a complete departure from our expectations.
We have decided that we will not be returning to this establishment in the future. The combination of forgetful employees, lackluster customer service, and inadequate food portions has left us with a negative impression. Read moreI recently visited this Chick-fil-A location and was really impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. From the moment I walked in, the space felt inviting and fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better.
Now let’s talk food—because wow. The chicken nuggets were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with that signature Chick-fil-A flavor that never disappoints. I also tried the Kale Crunch side for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. It’s light, slightly tangy, and a perfect balance to the richness of the nuggets. And of course, the waffle fries were golden, hot, and just the right amount of salty—basically irresistible.
