We placed a DoorDash order, one of our subs was entirely wrong and not what was ordered by a long shot - we got someone else’s sub. Called the store 3 times with no answer so we went to the store itself. There were 2 employees working, no manager, which the staff made people aware of. They were telling everyone they had only been there a month. They were clearly overwhelmed and didn’t necessarily know what to do. I was there for close to 25 minutes before they were able to remake my sub. Which completely defeated the purpose of placing the order through DoorDash. In addition - staff was talking about how they just wanted to leave, how they were going to skip steps of the closing process, and the items they were going to start working on upon close. Instead of those conversations they should have been more focused on attending to their customers and maybe one of them wouldn’t have dropped a customers sub completely and had to start it all over from the beginning. Read morePure Trash This is the Absolute Worst Subway in the state of Michigan. The store itself is always dirty, grimy and has straw wrappers and spilled soda all over. Generally there is some sort of yelling match or a fight going on. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ONLINE! If you ask for anything on the side you won't get it. It's Literally at the top of the receipt but nope. Your subs will be wrong, every time, no matter what. Anything from switched toppings or just straight up wrong. Do Not pay for anything extra on your sub because you're not going to get it. No matter what sauce you want, you will get what they want and it will be smeared All over the entire outside of your bread. Which is why they are always gross and slimy. We have given this store numerous chances but it's always the same story. This store should be shut down, Hazmat deep cleaned and the entire staff changed out from top to bottom. The lady that wasn’t even at the register - but was making someone else’s sandwich, was talking to me like I was slow, confused or lying like I just didn’t order from them last night ? She was rude and now I just have to dispute it with my back I’m out of money and NEVER got my food.
