Good food.... BUT!...... This is the second time I have been to this particular store located in Mustang Ok... first time on a weekday at 940pm....sat at the drive thru window speaker for twenty minutes.... nobody else in line, nobody ever took my order so I drove around and went inside only to be told that the inside was closed... asked why I sat at drive thru with no response for twenty minutes and from ppwas told an employee had walked out.... sorry not my problem..... but anyway why did I sit there and no one at least acknowledge me......... Now today 5-22-2019 I thought ok, give them the benefit of the doubt... I'll try them again.... What a mistake!!!!!!!!!! When I arrived at the drive thru...at 530pm.....there were 6 to 7 cars ahead of me.... I didn't receive my food until 615pm...45 minutes!..... I checked my order and part of my food was missing.... I tell them, and give them my bag of food and receipt back....then they give it back to me..."sorry ma'am" they tell me... I recheck my order........again... still not right! I don't want to hold up the drive thru any longer so I pull around to the front and go in....tell them it's still not right.... really? Talked to whoever said they were the manager and finally got all of my order... I told her that it was ridiculous to have to wait for 45 minutes and STILL get the order wrong..she says.." sorry we had a big order".... another excuse.... Not my problem how big of an order you have....45 minutes? Wow!.... I could have went across the street to Applebee's or IHop and sat down and ate as long as it took them. So I guess from now on if I want tacos I'll have to go toTaco Bell..... very very...
Read moreWorst ever fast food experience. First, they got my order wrong. I ordered a chicken chillada platter without guacamole. When I got home, I found no plastic wear. Then I found guacamole covering my order, and to top it off it wasn't even chicken. The restaurant wasn't even that busy. The fact that every single thing was wrong upset me enough to drive back to the store for a refund. While waiting for the so called "manager", some skinny 20s something blonde, another customer came to the counter to report their incorrect order. Like, is this just an every other minute thing at this store or what? Anyway, when the "manager" finally did decide to come inside from whatever break she was on, spend a little time in the back, and on the food prep line, she finally made it to the counter at which point she never even said one word to me. Just handed back my money, without ever an apology for completely ruining my dinner and my appetite, or even to ask why I wanted a refund in the first place! I am 43 years old, so this is not my first walk in the park. I have NEVER in my life seen such inadequate management or leadership anywhere. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. I like having a bueno in Mustang. But this person needs a new job assignment better suited to her competence level. I didn't check the bathrooms while I was there, but maybe she could be trusted to clean toilets or something. That way she won't have to completely lose her job! When I went to the counter & told them I wanted my money back because we had to get my husband to the hospital for a test, the young man at the counter started to give me a refund. Then a woman at the prep counter came over & asked what order we were & took my receipt. She said I have your food & I told her we had to go. She had 2 of the 5 meals we ordered ready. She didn't listen to me but went back and STARTED MAKING the other 3 meals. I waited another 5 minutes & told her again I can't wait, I HAVE to get my husband to the hospital for a test. Another 5 or do minutes later she finally brought me some food & asked for my receipt back also & left. My husband ate on the way to the hospital, but we found out they left 1 full meal out, a couple of single items, & all the sour cream & guacamole off of every meal. After I got my husband to the hospital for his test, I tried calling them several times, but they didn't answer the phone. So later that evening I made a trip back to the restaurant. She had closed out the lobby register but finally to told me she would replace the whole order if we came back the next day. Which we did.
