Walked in—no one said ‘hi,’ just stared at me like I was lost. I said, ‘Good Morning gentlemen three of ya today huh!’ and no one replied felt like 1968. I went to the old man on the right and began to explain what I needed. Before I could finish, he said, ‘We don’t have that.’ I mentioned other items, which he sold me while insisting they were correct—only to find they were the wrong sizes. Another worker eventually said, ‘It’ll be on the loading dock,’ which was more helpful. When I asked to have the wrong items switched, the old man asked if there was a company account. I said, ‘I’m not sure; if it isn’t under ———, then no, but we can just put it on this card.’ While I was answering the other worker’s question about what was missing and what was wrong, the old man raised his voice in an angry/stern tone and repeated there was no account. I paused mid sentence of trying to answer his co workers question and I held up my card and said, ‘Then put it on this, sir.’ The lack of professionalism made the visit frustrating.
