Superior customer service, excellent communication, great product and service, and 100% reliable! I can't adequately express how pleased I am with Farmdog's beach setup service and staff.

From the very first contact, they were incredibly responsive, patiently and thoroughly answered any questions I had, and were very accommodating. The process was very easy and handled so efficiently. I loved that communication could be done via text or phone, and confirmation and booking reminders were sent via email. Perfect communication from beginning to end.

The equipment was in perfect shape. I loved receiving a text and photo when the setup was ready. The equipment was clearly identified with a small "reserved for" sign and was set up in a perfect location. The chairs were roomy and comfortable, and the umbrella was incredibly sturdy and more than large enough to provide ample shade for the two chairs. Everything was absolutely flawless.

The icing on the cake is how incredibly nice the people at Farmdog are. It's one thing to provide a quality product or service, which they most certainly did, but it's beyond wonderful to be treated so kindly and patiently.

Our family has been vacationing in Nags Head for as long as I can remember. In years past, we brought our own tent, umbrellas, and chairs—spending time lugging everything to the beach and setting it up ourselves. But now that we’re older, we decided it was time to make life easier.

Enter Farmdog Beach Services.

I found them through online reviews and reached out with a few questions. The customer service was impressive—quick, friendly, and helpful. One concern I had was the rainy weather forecast. They assured me I wouldn’t be charged for days when setup wasn’t possible. That peace of mind sealed the deal.

We arrived on Saturday, and by Sunday morning our tent and chairs were already perfectly set up. This continued like clockwork every day of our trip. Even though we had one bad weather day, the overall service was so good I wouldn’t even mind if we get charged for it.

A special shoutout to Steve, the gentleman who set up our tent each day. He was the kindest, most polite and personable person we’ve met in Nags Head in years. My mom adored him. Steve—thanks for the secret fishing hole tip 😉

We’ll definitely be booking with Farmdog again next year. They made our beach week truly stress-free...

Beach Cabana and Chair Set Up Service was awesome!

Our family rented one of the 10'x10' tents with 6 chair sets and couldn't have been happier. Every morning the tent was setup and the chairs were set out ready to go for us so we didn't need to drag our own chairs and umbrellas to the beach. The 10x10 canopy was very good quality and they have a nice system to ensure it stays in place even in high wind, we witnessed this first hand as umbrellas went flying and ours didn't budge. The few mornings and an afternoon when we crossed paths with the "Tent Crew" setting up the tent for us they were extremely friendly and courteous. We also talked with one of the National Parks Rangers patrolling the beach and were told that Farmdog have been very good with working with NPS to make sure they are doing things properly.
