Wow! Tara & Gerry have truly thought through every last detail when they created this venue. The entire place is completely magical. I don't even know where to start, except by saying thank you, for helping us stay grounded as we planned a wedding amidst a pandemic. Tara & Gerry gave us the guidance we needed to create the most wonderful weekend of our lives. Our immediate family stayed in the cottages and all of our other friends stayed close by in walking distance of the venue. We can't describe how relaxing it was to have everyone in one place & be able to spend time with all of our guests over the course of our wedding weekend. The cottages are absolutely beautiful, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. SUPER clean, modern, and perfect. We felt so comfortable & relaxed the entire time. The venue was absolutely stunning and gorgeous down to every detail. We adored the courtyard for our ceremony space & cocktail hour. It was wonderful having all of our guests so close, so we didn't have to coordinate any transportation. Our guests were truly blown away by how beautiful the venue was. I told Tara from the beginning (before Keeper's Galley was even built) that I dreamed of having twinkle lights on my big day. Well, her & Gerry went above & beyond because with all of the various lighting elements inside, we didn't need a single bit of added lighting. We feel SO incredibly lucky to be in the history of Keeper's Galley and can't wait to celebrate a future anniversary or family reunion at Haven on the Banks! Absolutely amazing! The booking was really easy and the owners are very responsive. We booked one home out of the six. We would love to rent here again. We were 6 adults and 2 small children and the home was a great size for our group. The homes are beautifully appointed with large and clean appliances. As sometimes photos are taken with wide lens exaggerate spaces, we were surprised at the amount of space and storage in each of the bedrooms. Each bedroom had plenty of storage for hanging, drawer space, and counter spaces. Even the furniture in the living room allowed for a lot of storage of games and toys that we brought with. The kitchen had all the large and small appliances, dish ware, tools needed as well as storage space left for items if you brought things of your own.||||The property is very well thought out. There is a pool that is shared by the 6 homes. We never found it too crowded and it was a nice place to meet our neighbors for the week. The pool has a “tiki bar” which provides a shaded area for folks who want to be out of the sun and storage of the items you want to bring along. There is a TV and small refrigerators to keep your beverages cool. The lawn and landscaping was kept up—honestly the best looking property we saw in the whole area. The location is ideal because it is a short walk to the beach access. There is a clearly marked crossing and sidewalks the whole way.
