Update: Tried again to shop this store. Cashiers are nice but still incompetent on customer service. Every time I come in it's a long wait in line and always one item they can't find a sku for and take 5-10 minutes yelling across the store or browsing a device to find the item and simultaneously answer the store phone when many people are waiting in line staring at me like I'm causing the hold up. Walked out...again. Call someone up to check them out, use a similar item to charge the sku, have a manager type it in and move along. People don't have all day to wait. Support for cashiers...where you make your money...is the most important aspect of store management. Don't leave them up there to handle multiple tasks when their primary responsibility should be to check customers out and collect our payments. Seriously, no other craft store operates this way. Not Hobby Lobby, not JoAnn's, not Craft Warehouse. It's no wonder this store is dead with how long they've struggled with this problem. At least I saved myself some money today NOT buying anything.

Read moreVery dissapointed. This isn't the first time I've been dissatisfied with there service, but it will be the last. I will no longer shop here and will instead take my business elsewhere. Managers are not all on the same page. There was a book I was going to buy, I asked a manager if I could use the Michael's 50% off coupon on the book. She said no because of the exclusions BUT told me to download the Joanns app and use the Joanns coupon and that I would get it 50% off because they accept competitors coupons with the competitors exclusions. We went up to the register, the cashier said we couldn't use the joanns coupons, only Michaels. I let her know what the manager said, she called a different manager up. The second manager said yes we could use it but not on the book. I asked why, she said because of the exclusions. I read the exclusions out loud and showed her. She said it doesn't matter and that's just how it is. I would have understood if there was some reasoning behind it. I was still going to buy the book either way. Read moreI cannot do better than a 2 for this store. It's nott because of stock. They have plenty of variety, and reasonable prices for the most part. Their premade frames and shadow boxes are awesome and always on sale. It is not because of their staff, they are always helpful and generally friendly. So why a 2? Because they exposed me to identity theft and bank fraud a few years ago through a data breach. An easily avoidable data breach. Their corporate lack of care for my fiscal safety has left me looking over my shoulder for life, paying for services to guard my identity, and constantly checking for irregularities. A further inconvenience is that they don't have any competition in my area so some things i have to get there. When I do I have to go to an atm, or bank for cash, because I cannot trust that my information will be secure if I use my debit or credit.
