We came here on a Wednesday night, only a few cars in the parking lot. Unlike my recent visit to TGI Fridays (which is right across the parking lot of Wingers), the empty parking lot here had absolutely no correlation to the food, service, or atmosphere. In short, we had a fantastic time here, and I truly do recommend this place, ESPECIALLY during happy hour (M-F 3PM to 6 PM AND Daily 9 PM to close).
Once inside, the dining area is divided into two sides. To the right is the bar area with high tables and chairs, and plenty of TVs including a big projector. To the left is the more relaxed booth type of seating, with fewer TVs but a little cozier & more intimate. We sat at one of the high tables at the bar area, and I thought the place was very well laid out. Good lighting, modern design & decorations, crisp pictures on all TVs. Above the bar serving area, one of their HDTVs has a presentation of the beers on tap, and how much stock they have left (pretty cool). This is a fantastic place to come here if you're a sports fan, ESPECIALLY during NCAA March Madness. Bathrooms were VERY clean as well, and had TVs INSIDE the bathrooms! You really won't be missing much if you have to take a bathroom break.
The food here I thought was great. It was hot, fresh, and the portions were quite generous. I got the all you can eat Sticky Fingers, which is just a name for chicken tenders and ONLY available on Wednesdays, primarily because I wanted to try all the different types of sauces / dry rubs they offered. I didn't get through them all, BUT from the ones I tried out, my top 3 favorites were: Classic Buffalo, Honey Habanero (Dry Rub) and Garlic Parmesan (Dry Rub). In regards to the "all you can eat" claim, I thought it was fair . Even though your first order has 4 pieces of chicken, and each additional refill consists of only 2, our waiter would always ask me if I wanted more, and definitely wasn't stingy at all. One time he brought my refill out and already asked if I wanted to place another request in for a different flavor. We also tried the Winger Burger, Garlic Fries, and Bacon Cheddar Fries, all of which were great. As for drinks, we all ordered beer, and the favorite amongst all of us was the Big Mother Triple IPA (we all called it the BIG MAMA lol).
I also wanted to quickly mention that I've read other reviews of this place, and multiple people mentioned poor service. Our waiter (I believe his name was Brandon) was fantastic, knew the menu very well, and provided great recommendations. I know it's a hit or miss when it comes to who serves you, but if it's Brandon, then you'll have a great time. He was working the bar and the bar tables around, and was very attentive to us. Also, someone did meet us right when we entered, and someone said good bye as we left (both of which others said was not the case with their visits here).
If this is your first time here, I'd highly recommend you try and come on a Wednesday in order to get in on the Endless Sticky Fingers deal so that you can try all the different flavors and see what you like. Then on the following visits here (if you liked your first visit), I recommend simply ordering the Sticky Fingers off the Happy Hour menu (since you'll already know which flavors you like), ordering the Bacon Cheddar Fries off the Happy Hour menu, and getting a couple beers. The Endless Sticky Fingers are $16, while ordering the Happy Hour Sticky Fingers, Bacon Cheddar Fries, and a pint of beer will be right at the same price.
Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The prices during happy hour, the cleanliness of the bathrooms, the taste of the food, and the service were all great. I will be back, and hopefully Brandon will be the waiter again. As of right now, I can't think of any negatives to point out from my first visit here. Perhaps the only one that comes to mind is consistency, since a number of people rated this place so low. In my opinion, this place...

We waited several minutes and then an employee walked by and said they would be with us shortly. We waited several more minutes and the same employee walked by again and said the same thing again. After waiting several more minutes, and as we were about to walk out, another employee contacted us and seated us. The wait person arrived and took our drink order; 2 waters and an iced tea with lemon. When she arrived with the drinks I noticed water had been spilled all over the top of the tray, soaking the wrapped straws. She gave me my iced tea and it had a LIME, not a lemon. Who drinks iced tea with lime? She left the soaking wet straws, which we had to peel the wet wrappers off in pieces. She took our food order and wrote it down. After several minutes she returned and had us repeat our food orders. While waiting for our food one of the people in my group noticed her glass was dirty, it had a full lipstick lip impression on the rim of the glass. I waived our waitperson over and she replaced the drink. When our food was served the fries were barely warm. One of our group ordered the fresca taco meal, in which the filling was supposed to be grilled chicken. Her tacos arrived with a whole sticky finger in each taco, so we had the waitperson take it away to be corrected, and it was. My sticky finger wrap was the worst assembled Wingers wrap I had every had, and I have had many over quite a number of years at several Wingers. The wrap fell apart as I tried to eat it. When we had placed our food order the waitperson was told that the two of us sitting together (my GF and I) would be on one bill and the single person (her mother)would be on a separate bill. When we received our bills the waitperson had put my meal and the GFs mother's meal together and my GF on the single bill. I have been going to various Wingers for over 20 years and this visit was by far...
Read moreLet me start by saying that the hostess was very friendly and helpful and ensured us 4(!) times that our waitress would be with us in a minute. It was a Saturday around noon, it wasn’t very packed, maybe 4 or 5 tables on our waitress’ side. We waited a good 20 minutes until our waitress showed up, not apologizing for the wait, but pretty rudely asking what we want to drink. Took them another 15 minutes to come back and tell my husband that his beer is not pouring. So, he ordered another generic beer (after the waitress couldn’t give any recommendations “I have NO idea what we have on tap”) – mind you, it’s an ALEHOUSE. 10 min later he was brought a completely FLAT beer. He went to the bar to ask them to replace it. In the meantime, we ordered our food, it took them a good 45 (!!!) minutes to bring it…. Just a salad and wings. Our waitress completely ignored us during that wait time and when we finally got her attention, she mentioned she thinks it’d be right out. It took another 10 min at that point. Then to top it off, she overcharged us on our friend’s beer (after the cheaper one wasn’t available and he was forced to order the more expensive one) and instead of comping it or at least apologizing, she comes back with a new receipt where she graciously took a dollar off, rudely stating that she adjusted the price to the one in the menu!
They also had an offer going on where you’d receive pie if you order above a certain amount. WE had to ASK for it because we qualified for two pieces. I work in the customer service industry and it's sad to see how some people have no pride or joy in their job. Some of the staff members definitely need to receive customer training ASAP! The food was good but unfortunately tainted by this horrible customer experience (for which I would give 0 stars if I could). It’s a shame because we really liked their wings, but we definitely...
