Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Nampa

Had bad experience with the manager. We were not asked what size drinks in line. At the window snotty gal wouldn't listen to what the issue was. We ordered large drinks got small first. Just wanted to explain. She would snap words at us then when we tried to talk , she walked away, had music so loud we the customer couldn't even be heard. She didn't care . Ended up getting large drinks but she shoved them out and was the most unprofessional employee at a Dutch Bros. My Aunt was from out of town and the manager gal embarrassed me. Every other Dutch bros in the valley are the nicest and most professional company I have ever seen. This gal doesn't represent The Dutch Bros company. She cares more about rushing customers through the line and doesn't use kind words and argues with the people that gives the money that keeps the company in business. My family or friends, neighbors, church people will not ever go to the Dutch bros in Nampa at the Market Place. We will get our drinks from any other place but this store. Dutch Bros is my favorite place anywhere except Marketplace in Nampa.

The Dutch Bros on Marketplace in Nampa was by far the least pleasant one I've been to. We walked in about 10:30am and it was dark inside, floor hadn't been swept, took several minutes for us to be acknowledged and another couple mins for someone to come take our order.

Placed our order, paid, then waited roughly 10 more mins for 2 drinks. My daughter ordered a blended blackberry lemonade with strawberry boba and they gave her a strawberry blended lemonade with no boba. When we brought it to their attention, they told us they didn't have any strawberry boba but could give us honey vanilla. Why weren't we made aware when we ordered or while they were preparing the drink?

I also ordered a hot sugar free salted caramel protein latte and got an iced...something. No caramel at all, not sure what it was. Iced vs hot didn't bother me but I didn't take a drink until after I had left the store so I didn't notice my entire drink was wrong until after I walked out. Honestly, I don’t really like this Dutch Bros location. When they first opened, it was great, and staff was friendly! Since I work nearby, I used to come by often, however I’ve noticed within the last few months, things have seemed to go downhill. My drinks have been messed up on more than a few times, and it’s almost a 50/50 chance if my drink will be right or not. When ordering rebels (blended, but not hand blended) before in the past at this location, I’ve noticed that the drink seems to be completely melted/ has not have had enough time in the machine to freeze properly so that it’s just the rebel base. Not only drink problems here though, now I’ve noticed some employees are stand-offish. Multiple times I wasn’t been acknowledged? And and I’ve felt like a bother for even ordering most times. The last time i went, I ordered a glacier peak rebel and it was literally foul and had to be dumped out. I’ll be driving to the location on the boulevard...
