I got introduced to Alex by Casey Potter who indicated . that Alex would be a good person to speak to regarrding our naples house purcahse . With a challanging relocation ahead of the family from Austin TX to Naples FL we were remote buyers, we did not even physically see the property that Alex helped us purchase , so I knew that I needed a relator that would go beyond the normal realtor duties . He sent videos, pictures, handled all the necessary Inspections of the house himself . Buying a house without seeing it is a big risk and there are very few people that I would trust to handle this . Alex Daane is an exeptional Realtor , he is a very bright , charasmatic and humble person. Relationships and trust are key tennats to purchasing remotely .
