Naples Water Tours — Local services in Naples

My boyfriend and I went a few weeks ago, along with another group, a family with two young children. Previous negative reviews were correct that the captain seems much more interested in telling you about the million dollar homes than the dolphins. It was amazing to see them but it seemed like we were harassing them, cornering them at times. I asked about Florida rules for how close you can get (we're very strict on this where I'm from) and the captain (not the owner of the boat) basically said that they don't follow the rules because at times it's impractical in small passes, and we want to get close enough to see them. It was amazing for us to get so close but I left feeling bad for the dolphins, and bad for my participation. The captain was also very rude to and chastising the two young kids for doing things he never told them they couldn't do (like standing on the seats). The parents seemed pretty embarrassed. Once they left he made some joke about how he was glad his kids weren't that age, and aren't we glad we didn't have kids, and we told him we love kids and they were good well behaved kids anyway because they were. Sorry you hate your kids man! Maybe focus on the dolphins instead of resentfully listing off real estate prices, and give the dolphins some space to fish !!!! I gave two stars instead of one because seeing them truly was amazing, but you could probably see them from the shore, they come really close to the houses. Each year we come to Naples we try to take in different sites. This tour didn’t disappoint. Before we left dock, we were encouraged (yeah they twisted our arms) to get drinks at the bar. I think that was a distraction from the waves and water that splashed us all “sitting in the front” of the pontoon.

This was my granddaughters first time on a boat and all she wanted was to see dolphins so I told captain Chris when we got on the boat. He said he will make sure she sees one and as we were pulling out, we saw a dolphin which was awesome. Chris went out of his way driving all around looking for dolphins. We finally saw one next to a fishing boat so he stopped the boat so we can watch the dolphin swim. We also got lots of beautiful shells on the beautiful secluded beach. Chris was super nice and I'm happy that he made sure that my granddaughter saw a dolphin. We definitely will be doing this again and hopefully to see even more dolphins. This is a wonderful boat tour. We had the boat to ourselves which was even nicer....
