What a day! I was about to start a video chat when my computer went black & wouldn’t turn back on. Made the mistake of going to Geek Squad first — NEVER AGAIN! Horrible experience I won’t even get into. Then I remembered Maxeffect Computers and OMG they saved me! They were able to recover my hard drive & clone everything to a new computer in a couple hours!

Couldn’t fix the old —have to go deal with HP on that — but got me up & running so quickly and with the best customer service (after the literal worst customer service at Best Buy).

Can not recommend...

These guys are great. Not only are they friendly and helpful, but they know their stuff. They have fixed my computer messes time and again. They are my #1 go to for any computer issues. On top of being great at what they do, their prices are reasonable! UPDATE: I had a serious issue with a laptop, I thought it was done for. Went to Maxeffect to buy a new laptop, but they fixed it for $20 instead. Who does this anymore? You can bet all my electronics purchases will be through these guys...

Great experience. I spilled a craft from a kids project water glue and glitter all over my keyboard. They were able to clean it and get my key oard working. Obviously getting things to work is not going to be something across the board my situation is my situation but they gave me a best case scenario and a worst case scenario. They were great communicators and very professional! Will never go to anyone else but Maxeffect. Fantastic experience...
