Our experience at Walter E. Smith was fantastic from start to finish. The new Naples FL store is beautiful and stocked with a great selection of high quality and tastefully selected pieces throughout.

Our designer, Denise Alves was wonderful. She provided perfect direction complete with on-site evaluation of our home as well as on-site placement and feedback upon delivery. She even helped us to hang wall art, make up the new bed set with all the new accessories, placement of the art pieces, and final show ready look of the entire living and bed arrangements we had delivered, absolutely awesome. We couldn't ask for more and was thrilled with her. She is a great person to work and spend time with! I have to admit, she saved us from several mistakes......uh hem.

Our delivery team lead by Michael was excellent! They were punctual, polite, very professional and thorough. Everything was placed and assembled perfectly. Some of our pieces were very heavy, and it was handled as carefully as if it were their own. The best delivery and setup service we have EVER experienced. We will return to the Naples, Walter E. Smith store for all of our home furniture, accessory and design needs in the future without hesitation.
