This is the first house we have ever had to sell without the help of our corporate office which handled every aspect of the sale and closure. Phillip and Spencer patiently walked us through all of our responsibilities at every turn and were within reach via text, call or email within minutes, every time we had a question, and all of this during three major holidays, back to back.
