This is the 2nd home where we had Outdoor Decor furnish our lanai, and they continue to exceed our expectations. While getting hard to find these days, they are a family-owned business that goes above and beyond. Tim came out to the house, measured everything, took pictures and we met at the store that same afternoon. After a quick computer rendering of the lanai space options, Tim pointed out some dining table and seating sets that he thought would be perfect. He nailed it. We were lucky that almost everything was in stock and for the few dining chairs that weren’t, he loaned us some floor samples and they swapped it out the next week when they came in. We recently purchased new patio furniture from Outdoor Decor Store and we couldn't be happier. Dan was so nice and helpful in assisting us with our needs and making the best choice for our space. Their delivery team was so professional and polite despite getting soaking wet as it poured when they arrived. Over the last five years we have ordered three sets of outdoor furniture for three different houses. The last order we needed shipped to Texas. Hunter, at the south Naples location, was our guy. He quickly understood what we wanted and within a few minutes had our order covered. It arrived yesterday exactly on time and we were happily surprised at how the rocker swivel chairs needed no assembly, while the dining table took 6 bolts to secure the top to base. Yay!
