My wife went in yesterday and ordered some food from a man who she thinks was the owner of the restaurant. She bought a churasco and some empanadas and brought them home. I ate 2 and they were delicious. Today I told her if she can go back and get some more for the family. She went in and she said the employee (girl) working there was very rude and had an attitude. Almost as if she felt bothered to give my wife a service. At the end when the iPad asked about the tipping my wife put no tip and flipped the iPad very fast and her face showed that she was not happy. No customer should ever be obligated or forced to have to give tip. Our family loves going out to restaurants to try out new foods especially since we are not from Naples. We are from NJ/NY. We came back today because of how amazing the food was and because of how kind and nice the man that helped my wife was. Today was a whole different story. We will not continue to support this business sadly. We came back today and spent $70 on more food and it’s upsetting discerning to see how she was treated after such a big support to this place. We own businesses back up north and one thing I can suggest to the owner is do not have people like the female represent your business with that work attitude. It can lead to returning customers never coming back. This is a picture of what we purchased because of how amazing the food and service was the first time. We enjoyed the food the first time that I told my wife to leave a review yesterday and today I...
Read moreThis is one of those hidden gems located in Naples. We originally found this place one morning while we were heading to the beach and wanted to take something good yet not so expensive. We lucked out! We got their delicious empanadas and wow! We even are thinking how this would be such a good appetizer for our wedding! Truly amazing and delicious, their prices are well worth it! I've had empanadas from many different places and I was truly impressed. I went with their breakfast empanada which is so filling. My fiancé has tried two different ones and has loved both (Arabe and chicken) We also tried one of their bakery desserts and it was delicious. We have made this into a small tradition that when heading to the beach we stop for a breakfast snack on the way and enjoy it at the beach. Today we got their latte and cortadito coffee so good. I promise you won't go wrong, they give such a good amount that you'll be satisfied without breaking the bank. They have some tables outside, service is very good and the will explain what each item is like. It's very casual and small. Lots of parking located in the front, Accept all major cc's, We will definitely...
Read moreLocos x Argentina is a quaint hidden gem in center Naples right in plain sight on Rt. 41. Tucked in a plaza currently under some construction, it can be hard to spot, but shouldn't be missed! Upon entering, we were warmly greeted and asked if we needed any menu suggestions (orders are taken at the counter) - I went with the recommended Milanesa De La Casa w/Beef Schnitzel, and my wife ordered the salad and we shared an Empanada. We grabbed a seat at one of the few small tables - it wasn't very crowded on my visit, but the seating here is limited, so I would have a takeout plan in place if you visit here during a busy time. The food came out faster than I expected after being given a heads-up that the sandwich might take a little while. The service was excellent and so was the food - everything was fresh, delicious and prepared as ordered. The only heads-up I would add is to those who have never had schnitzel before - it is a thin and usually pounded steak which could be different to those who haven't had it before. This is a great spot that made it to my starred...
